In the middle of an exhausting day, I locked my keys in my car after loading up a trunk full of cold groceries. I thought this had ruined my day, but luckily I found the number to call Texas Premier Locksmith. In under 5 minutes I was giving my location, and I was back in my car and out of the heat in less than a half hour! The locksmith was very professional and quick getting my door open, and left absolutely no damage to my car. The day was saved thanks to Texas Premier Locksmith!

Three stars only because the service was quick and done! However, I'm quite angry at what they charge. They don't tell you this when you call. The guy shows up and tells me it will be $165 to open the door + a $35 service call. Took the guy 5 minutes to open my door. $200 for 5 minutes work. Disgusted. I would have thought $100 was fair.

I am a house mother at a local Sorority in San Marcos, and our locks went out late one evening, and it was cold and storming out, but the technician called me within five minutes and made arrangement to come with the hour. He was friendly, professional and very, knowledgeable. Understood my needs and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Wouldn't want anyone else to do the job! Great technician and great company!

They say 24/7 BOLOGNA! I was waiting for a tech to call me back, only to get a call back from the receptionist saying that she couldn't find a tech today did I want to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. If I wanted to have had this done tomorrow I would have waited for my own Tech to do this for me but that's okay I'll call somebody else.

These people are beyond stupid I had to wait 3 hours for them and they would only do the work if I took my bad review down and give them a 5 star review.... the tech was great no complaints but the owner or manager and dispatch are the worst type of people... This morning I needed to call a locksmith as I locked myself out of my vehicle while warming it up.I decided to call Texas Premier Locksmith since they had a good number of reviews and the company was located on the same street that I live on. On the phone, a woman receptionist told me that the price would be $35 for the locksmith to come out here and $25 for him to get into my vehicle. After about an hour, the man arrived and told me that the total price would be $150. After a few minutes of discussing how the price was obviously much higher than I was quoted on the phone, he brought the price down to $100. I paid that amount because my car was running and I needed to get my kids off to school, however I am disappointed that I was misled. I feel like this company is shady and took advantage of my unfortunate situation.
