I was almost going into an anxiety attack when suddenly in the morning my office would not open. During the night, there was a power drop and as an extra security protection cover, the office security system had reset and locked itself. I was out of my wits when it was just 20 minutes to go for my staff to start arriving in the office. I called their service for the business Lockout service. I don't know how they reached my office address in the next 10 minutes and they took another 15 minutes to set the entire security up like it was before. Had it not been for them that day, I would have had to give my workers a day off costing me my business. I am so grateful and thankful to them.

It was break time in my office and the employees have their lunch outside. It was reported to my notice that the bio-metric was not working and the office door would not open. My house security team tried to get it fixed but they could not. Needless to say that my employees were getting restless as they were eager. Thankfully, this service provider took the call and arrived at my office address within minutes and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. They are highly professional and are super quick. I will always be full of gratitude thinking about them.

They arrived at my place in less than 15 minutes and gave me the perfect solution with re-key. I got almost 5 door locks rekeyed for my apartment to have a peace of mind and sense of security. Even the locks were of a different brand, the locksmith tech didn't hesitate to work on anyone. He was the perfect expert to deal with the locks. This is the first time that I have somebody coming out and doing keys as fast as they did. On the initial call the technician Barry said that he was coming in 25 minutes and guess who was at my address in 25 minutes? Honestly thats impressive. Dont use this company their service guy Daniel said he was on his way and was 15 min. out. A hour later with out a call he finally showed up. Then he charged me twice what I was quoted. And to top it of he made me give him a good review on Google before he would give me my keys.

Site says they cut motorcycle keys. Apparently that depends on a certain tech being there. Maybe train your team to cut a key?

Enrique arrive 5 minutes earlier than he told us, and he was able to handle our old locks without any problems or delays. Also, he was able to key the locks so that one key worked on all, and he made us extra keys. We would definitely recommend Enrique for quick and reliable service. His card is now in our files just in case we lock ourselves out again!

Called a little over an hour before they closed. Said I would hear from the technician and they would be out in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later there was no call and when I called back they said the technician would call back. They called back to verify my address and 30 minutes later they still hadnt shown up. Called another company that was out in 20 minutes.

WARNING SCAMMERS! They charge $200 just to pick a simple lock.... The tech took 5 mins to open my door, now lets just do some math here. $200 x 12 = 2400$ a hour, WELL DANG LOOKS LIKE I PICKED THE WRONG PROFESSION.
