Outstanding service !!! ALL WITHIN 1 HOUR needed a key reprogrammed after being told some of the most outrageous prices, I called iTech and Mickey took care of everything all within1 hour at a very reasonable price ! After calling AAA to get someone help with my car not starting due to a key being worn out, they said it would be 90 minutes before anyone could come. My wife did a quick search in the area we broke down and found this company. Not only were we lucky that he was 10 mins out, his service was awesome. He took the time to explain the chances of just getting the key fix might not solve the problem but is probably the likely issue. He clearly talked me through the process needed for the special key i had for my truck. And he was efficient in the time it took to make me two keys to my truck.If you ever get stuck....call this company. I'd call him every time if i could

He was a very busy man who was kind enough to be able to squeeze us in on a very difficult and technical job opening my Mercedes trunk where my keys were stuck. Its clear to see why he was so busy cause he is very good at his job! And a job that would have taken most an hour Mickey had done in 15 min.
