I accidentally left my keys inside my Pathfinder 2002, and was very concerned regarding how I was going to take my keys out. However, once I gave them a call, they showed up almost immediately. And helped me in a very professional manner. The prices are also economical which is highly unlikely. Definitely recommend this to anyone!

Came by last Saturday to have a key made for my car. They pulled my vehicle into their shop and had a key made in less than ten minutes. They also take all forms of payments so I was able to use my card. Other locksmiths I called earlier in the area did not accept card payments. Their customer service was exceptional and pricing was fair and honest. I will definitely go back if I need them again.

I was needing another key for my 2011 F150. The seller only gave me one and I wanted another one so looked for nearby locksmiths and at first I called another locksmith. The other locksmith wouldnt send me the dispatch call, after I had called the main service multiple times. After this I finally got fed up and resorted to calling another locksmith, which happened to be 1st class locksmiths. I was connected to someone right away and then got paired with the locksmith. I brought another key I had already cut and programmed to lock and unlock the doors but it wouldnt work with my truck, so the locksmith ordered me a new one and a very fair price. The key worked great and it was a very fast activation. Now I have my backup key in case if I lose my OEM one! Their rates are much better than the competitors and they were very quick in the whole process. Highly recommend.

Josh came out to our church the day after the request; this is excellent considering other companies who make us wait. :) Josh was fast when replacing a deadbolt. Transaction was fast and super easy. I went in to have some locks rekeyed, and more than a dozen keys made. They had good service and prices, except five of the keys didn't work. The five bad keys cost me $27.50. I called and left a message to see when I could come in and have them remade, but did not receive a response back (it's been nearly two weeks). I ended out having to spend an additional $20 at Home Depot to have them made. I thought about mailing the useless keys back to First Class Locksmith, but that would just add to my loss, which was already close to $50.

These guys are heaven sent! I was in a major dilemma and needed a key fast. I was fearful because what I had heard these keys cost, not to mention I would need someone to come to me. I found First Class LockSmith online, reached out to them, and they responded to my message quick! I sent my message after 8 pm! They gave me all the info I asked and even gave me a time they could be here. I fell asleep in peace thanks to them! They arrived just when they said they would and I had immediate peace with the guys that showed up. This company and their employees are really nice, professional, prompt, and affordable! I didn't have to give them my arm, leg, or my first born! FirstClass Locksmith is programmed in my phone now and I will always recommend them whenever I can.

Professional/Quick/Affordable Josh from first class lock smith took care of my problem and was very professional. Him and his coworker are very knowledgeable in any questions I had about the issue and basically anything car related. My key fob for my 2013 push start Toyota stopped working so I called in and got a same day appointment to have my new fob reprogrammed. For around $50 and no longer than 1-2 minutes they had the new fob up and working after hooking up their equipment. The dealership wanted over $400 for a new fob and programming but these guys did it for way less. I would recommend ordering a new fob through this shop because it will guarantee authenticity and they will also match other online prices for new OEM key fobs.10/10 would recommend these guys for getting the job done. Will be returning to these guys soon for my familys same key fob issue.

Used these guys today and they did a great job. Tried doing keys at Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart and honestly they couldnt the job done because they either they didnt have the key or they didnt cut I right. But these guys got the job done and double check their work to make sure it was good!

Kameron came to my home today to make a new chip key for my explorer. He was such a trooper, after Google sent him about 30 minutes in the opposite direction (f-ing autocorrect) of our location. However, even with the delay he was courteous and patient, enduring being barked to death by our dogs and ambushed by a stray kitty. He had the new key made in short order and even jumped my dead battery. The key was perfect, started my vehicle the first try after programming the new key. I would definitely use this place again. And the price beat every other quote I had received by at least $23, despite it being a Saturday and not located in my city. I'd definitely say I lucked out!

Great service. Originally, didn't find the strike plates to go with the new deadbolts, but found them after the technician left. Called the shop and the technician came back out the next day to install the plates for no extra charge. Very pleasant shop to work with.

Bought a used care for a local dealer. Within one day the key for remote would no longer open the vehicle. I figured it would be a huge and costly ordeal to fix. Called a few places and they were clueless. Called First Class and they assured me that they knew exactly how to fix it. I drove to their shop and was impressed with the clean uncluttered shop. In just a few minutes I had a new keyless entry programmed for my truck. I also mentioned one of my door locks was also not opening with the key. The skilled technician removed my lock and had that fixed in a few moments. I was only charged for the remote. I was pleased with the price and was back on the road in 20 minutes. I had been shopping around for back-up keys for two of my vehicles when I came across First Class Locksmith. Since I needed to have both cars with me for programming, I scheduled an appointment to bring them to the shop. Tropical storm Imelda had other ideas though. Kameron called me early enough to cancel the appointment and worked with me to reschedule. My schedule for the rest of the week was crazy trying to deal with the two cars at the same time, so they offered to come to me for one of the cars and I would bring the other in the next day. My experience with both the mobile and shop appointments was very positive. Josh and Kameron were prompt, professional, and friendly! I would recommend First Class Locksmith in a heartbeat and will definitely utilize them in the future!
