I had an issue with the door lock and I got the right advice and fix for it. DML Locksmith explained the problem with the lock and they did a quality job with the lock and we haven't had any trouble since.The scheduling was easy and I got a prompt response. The team was also right on time. Typically other service men will give you a window of 2-3 hours and this can be inconvenient during a work week. The company was flexible with its time and that helped a lot.

We came to their store at closing time, but they were still very helpful. Our car hadn't been starting very well; I've gotten stuck many times during this summer because of our key or ignition not working, I wasn't sure which. Rather than copying our bad keys, Locksmith created a pair of new keys. I can already see the difference in our car. It starts up right away. It was a fair payment as well.

Anytime you have to hire a locksmith its always going to be a pain. DML took the time to extract my motercycle key from my gas tank and cleaned out the key hole that had accumulated a ton of gunk. They went above and beyond and also gave me 3 spares. Thank you !

After reviewing several locksmiths, I decided that I would give this company a call. I really liked their customer reviews and called them for an appointment to fix my broken lock. The expert was at my door in less than an hour and fixed my broken door lock when I thought I might have needed an entirely new lock. After calling a couple other places and not being convinced the deal with them for either expense reasons or company vagueness on price I called DML. No-nonsense and right to the point with a definite price range that I would pay. The response time I was told was faster than the other companies as well.Less than 5 minutes after I initiated the service call, Ben the technician that would be dealing with my vehicle lockout was already calling to let me know he was about to head my way. Even in the confusing location I was at he arrived in the time frame he said he would and was great to deal with. Don't bother you with anybody else in the Plano area than DML. I rarely leave reviews except in cases that 100% deserve them, a mediocre review is not worth the time. This was one of the most well deserved reviews I've ever left. Thank you for your stellar customer service skills Ben. Edited to add: Also, if you're reading this far ignore the one bad review that's a person who obviously did not realize that $2 key might cost them much more than the price they were asked to pay for a chipped key which is very important for a car that is equipped with a system to use one.
