Wife accidentally locked herself out of the car (and forgot the keyless code, oh and locked both our groceries and my wallet in the car). ACR was 11/10 and A+ service all the way. From Tracy taking the call (and proactive follow up while we waited AND expediting assistance) to Jake the absolute wizard who did his magic and had us back in the car in literally <30 seconds. Service with a smile, customer-focused, and complete professionals. Could not recommend them more highly and know who well be calling if we are ever in need of similar help in the future. I locked myself out of my home this morning at 6:45 am. I found a local locksmith and just requested his service without getting an estimate. Jake arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call. Once I got in the house, I was worried about how high the bill was going to be. I was pleasantly surprised with the price especially considering it was early in the morning and he came out immediately . Jake was courteous and super friendly and provided suggestions on how not to get locked out again. I would highly recommend ACR Lock & Key and plan on using them for any locksmith needs.
