Unfortunately, I called Bulldog Locksmith that I found using Google search. At the time of the call the website listed a 19.99 service fee and nothing more. Arranged for a technician to come out to unlock my car, waited 30 minutes and he arrived. After he had the tools inside the window he stopped to fill out the invoice and informed me that the charge would be 19.99 service call and 69.00 to 89.00 labor. I pulled up the Bulldog website using my phone and showed him that it quoted 19.99 and no mention of labor fee anywhere on their web page. I called the office back to report the issue and the woman confirmed what he had told me. I triple check the page to make sure I hadn't missed the price in the 'fine print'...I let her know that it was intentionally misleading and that I would give them a bad review and make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The technician waved part of the labor fee, leaving a balance of 75.00. A few hours later using my phone I went onto their site and the 19.99 fee had been removed and still no mention of a labor fee. ... Very deceptive company and anyone using them should be aware of how they do business.

Great job by David on a Sunday. Arrived fast, right when he said he would for an ignition key failure. Unfortunately, the problem was the more expensive key cylinder (as I suspected), but it was a fair price and very fast. Saving the number... Now my go to locksmith!
