I reached out to Mr. Davis thinking I was in need of a key fob being reprogrammed. Upon arrival he then discovered it wasnt my key fob that was causing the issue, it was a loose cable in my battery. Mr. Davis then assisted me on what could be done to fix the battery and remained professional and patient. He didnt charge me anything, and even offered me assistance with all of my different questions and request. Mr. Davis by far is the most helpful and patient employee Ive came across at Justins locksmith. His professionalism and sense of urgency is outstanding, I will be returning to him in the future.

Mr.Davis of Justin's Locksmith was the perfect employee when requested to service my daughter at our residence. He arrived under the assumption he was expected to reprogram her keyfob but it was trvealed thru his wxpertise that it was just a los battery cable. I got a reasonable price in copying a laser-cut vehicle key with no issues. He was very friendly and professional about his work and made sure that the key worked by testing it out a few times before I left.I highly recommend Justin for all your key/lock needs!

Davis is the best locksmith in town by far. I have a battery powered electronic keypad lock in my residence and all of sudden the battery died down and to make things worse it happened on a Saturday evening. I contacted 3 locksmiths, 1 never responded and 2 tried to unlock the door but were unsuccessful. I contacted Davis, he was referred to me by a family member and he told me that he was forty minutes away but he will come by once hes done. He kept me posted throughout the evening to let me know about his ETA. True to his word he was here on time and it took him only 5 minutes to unlock the door. If you want an honest, professional, prompt and knowledgeable locksmith, Davis is your guy. Hire him and you wont be disappointed.

This is not a review of Justin's work or the job he performed for me. This is a review of his customer service bedside manner. Justin arrived as he said he would and was able to pick the lock for me without destroying or damaging it. I paid for his service. He offered me a similar lock with a key so I traded my lock he just picked (had no key) for his lock. A couple of hours later we found the lost key for my original lock. I called him up and asked for my lock back as we had found the key. He refused to give me back my lock saying what difference did it make. The difference was I found the key for my lock and wanted it back. He said he is rarely at his shop. I said I could meet him somewhere. He still refused. I might as well have just threw $75 out in the street. I will NEVER call this person again for any work.

As I'm writing this review I just realized this guy had the best reviews. By that I mean..I called him first because of that, I got a estimate and asked if I could call him back I kept searching and calling around for the best prices. If he wouldn't have texted me back just to ask if I got my door opened I would have chosen someone else so glad I didn't. This guy was so nice and respectful he texted to let me know he was on the way and how far out. He even went as far as texting me to let me know he was here after I texted him asking him not to knock or ring the doorbell cause of the dogs a d people asleep in the house. Very quick answering phone. Very professional, and genuinely acted like he could help versus just get paid. He gave me a good price cost he gave me was more than the cheapest I found but I picked him over all of the others. If your looking through reviews like I did and think the higher point reviews will cost more DONT ITS 5 STAR RATING DESERVES EVERY STAR. THIS COMPANY IS WORTH YOUR MONEY!! First off, i would like to commend Justin's professionalism, punctuality and honesty. My husband's car key broke in half and we didnt have a spare. We called a few locksmiths within ONE Mile from where we live. Both left us hanging for over two hours. On top of that, they wanted to overcharge us, after Initally giving us a quote much lower than their call back price. On top of that they sent no one in the mean time until they called us back wanting more money. Justin answered my call, heard how all these companies were trying to rip us off, and offered an immediate fix at a super fair price. He showed up on time, and had no issues fixing our problem. If you live in DFW dont call anyone else theyll charge you at least $300. And its a ripoff. My chipped key was $100. Call Justin he is a good man, and at least he will give you a straight answer and a fair price. He is legit!!
