I just received service from a gentleman named David. David is extremely professional from the start to the end of service. He evaluated my wants and explained how he could or could not assist me and letting me know there were options for the service for what I was looking for which is more expensive than I imagined I see why it's expensive these days! The last time I got new/changed locks was over 20 years ago. He came up with a plan for the service that did fit my needs and my budget. I do want to also mention that when I called for service/quote, the lady who answered was so delightful and explained who would be calling. David called within 20 minutes and arrived on time based on his eta. He introduced himself in a polite respectful manner and in uniform and his groovy mask has the company name and logo on it. His completed the job promptly, cleaned up after himself and walked me through his service to make sure I was satisfied. I even offered the money and he said wait let me show you what I did and make sure you can lock and unlock with the new locks and keys. I am a handicapable middle aged single lady that really needed to feel secure with the changing of locks. David and this company is amazing! It's the way business should be handled and I highly recommend you to call them for you lock needs. I will be calling back for a scheduling of programming my car key faub once we get back to working from the Covid-19! Thank you so much!
