I normally dont write reviews but I had to write a review about the amazing service I received. I lost the push to start key for my car. I called Locksmith Pros and it was super easy and smooth. I highly recommend this compamy. The technician was there within 25 minutes and I was back on the road in under an hour. They also gave me a really great deal on a spare fob. Locksmith Pros really tries to go over and beyond to ease your stress in a highly stressful situation. Again, thank you guys for the help and my for my new fob!

Price gouging at its absolute finest. Please be advised that their techs are 3rd party contractors. In business, thats normally not a big deal but the tech I got was essentially a pirate. The price given over the phone was $29 for the tech to come out and a minimum of $38 to unlock my rental car, with the understanding that the price could be more depending on the degree of difficulty of the job. The tech called me and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. After calling him back 3 times, he finally shows up 55 minutes later, takes 3 minutes to open the door and charges me $179. It would have cost less to throw a brick through the window and have it replaced. And how in the world does this outfit only have a single 1 star review showing on Google? Shenanigans, I say, shenanigans!

Pros: NoneCons: Didn't show up on time, didn't communicate well, and complete BS on fees. Over the phone they tell you '$119 starting and $29 trip fee', what they don't tell you is 'we also charge labor and increase our price based on the time it takes us'. They prey upon people in tight situations and it's absolutely evident in how the business is performed. Also, they charged me for a chip key when my car hasn't needed one (and still doesn't). The website that you go to says they'll arrive within 1-1.5 hours and fix the issue in 35 minutes . . . but again, lies. The entire fix for my lost key took over 3 hours near midnight. Look elsewhere if you're in a bind . . .should've gone with AAA.

I needed a new key fob for my Dodge Ram because my old fob was not working properly. Pro Locksmith was a God send! I called them directly and the lady I spoke to was very nice and informative.I had been shopping around for awhile but chose them because they were knowledgeable and offered a warranty. The tech that came out to assist me was very friendly and nice and completed the job quickly. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and attention detail this company displays. Horrible technician who lies and is rude try a different company my key stopped working twice the technician said he b would issue a warranty and would refund me but that was not the policy and he lied and said he didnt say it. My key would stop working while Im driving. They did fix it but it was a hassle and unprofessional behavior.

This was awful. I had locked my cars and phone in my car and had the gas attendant help me call someone. They said they would be there in 15-20 minutes and didnt get there till an HOUR later. Then the lovely gas attendant had asked how much it would be (after giving my make and model) and they told her 60$ and The guy ended up charging me 175 but said bc I was paying cash (bc his card reader didnt work) he dropped it to 160. This is awful service and a complete rip off. I usually never write reviews but this place is just horribleDefinitely go somewhere else.

Awful experience with tech, incompetent, slow and rude. After the dispatcher said 8am, the tech arrived at 11am, he then charged me alot more than they estimated almost 300 dollars. and then when I asked him for the second key, he said to pay him 20 dollars cash or not he leaves. Never going back to them again, find another locksmith

HORRIBLE!!!! They are a rip off tried to charge me $260 just to pop my car door open. Then said the lowest he can drop it to is $190! There is no way it should be that much. I asked him more than once to give me a price before he opened it, he said he had to look at the lock and then opened it anyway. He never looked at the lock or had anything to do with the lock. Not to mention he was late! Dont ever use this place they are ripping you off go to another one or get the tools yourself you will pay less doing that.

This place is excellent! The workers really helped. Really recommend this if you need a spare key made for a car. Joe helped me for two hours straight and did what he could do to help me and he did everything possible to help us get what we wanted. Very good customer service and give this place 5 stars.

A guy showed up at my parents house and charged my parents $259 to open their front door. He gave them no invoice. I called the company and they put him 3 way on the call and he claims he wasn't the one. I have a text message to prove it as well as video and bank transactions. My very first time at this store. Ask for Joe the Locksmith, or either one of them. Excellent product and an amazing customer service. Very nice people to deal with. He is my guy from now on for every key issues I'm gonna run into. He does auto, home, commercial and businesses 'you name it and he'll do it for you'. If anyone says any bad things about them I don't believe you, and I don't have to prove you wrong, they will. I guarantee them personally for life Have I mentioned their prices? They are unbeatable.
