It was a perfect experience! I would have never imagined getting mailbox keys would make my day! Was I wrong! The young man in the phone said they could help me with a key that was broken in half. However the Westheimer location was closed due to COVID-19 and the Jefferson location on the other side of downtown would be open for 30 more minutes. He agreed to stay if we were coming!They stayed and we arrived with 10 minutes to spare, also due to no traffic from the COVID-19 situation! Rueben, the owner of the shop made our 4 copies and enlightened us with his business journey that started in the late 70s. It was a breath of fresh air and a heartwarming tale that covered all the bases making it worthwhile for some Netflix documentarian. I wont spoil it for you just ask for Ruben!THE KEYS WORK, like magic!!!!

Nothing like leaving the key in the ignition (truck was off) while I'm locked out. To make things worse I'm wearing shorts on a early 37 degree morning. I Scrolled through google and after a handful of wasted calls I called this place. The guy said he would meet me in 15mins and he actually did. I only had to pay $75 compared to another place that wanted $150 to do the exact same thing. I don't plan calling a locksmith again for a lockout but if I do it will be this place.

Very good locksmith. It's a small place, but they have everything and every key. They also do Car Keys including keys with Chip. Good and prompt service. I was in and out in no time with my three copies. The keys were a prefect match and opened the lock without problems.

Nice on the phone, said they could be out to cut a new car key in about an hour...that was 11:04 this morning!Its now 5 hours later (the tech got here in 4 hour hours) we are waiting for the car/key to reprogram! If I was sitting in the air conditioning, I may have given them 2 stars.NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Drove to get my keys cut, the key part to a Toyota Prius remote. They were able to do it everywhere else I went refused to cut a 3rd party key. It came out perfect, works perfectly and they did it very quick. I had 3 keys cut and each was perfect. Took me longer to drive there then the actual service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Getting locked out of your apartment is no fun. One call and In less then an hour a locksmith arrived at my apartment. The guy was super friendly and took the time to talk to me (something that you don't see all the time in Houston). He was done in less then 5 minutes. We exchanged info and it was done. All in an hour. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely be giving Brovo a call first for my next act of carelessness.

Had a problem starting my car.Most places I checked were pretty sure that my ignition was a problem and not the keys. In any case prices checked elsewhere were very high. Rick did a professional job in first cutting a code key (free) to confirm that the key was the problem and not the ignition switch Made one replacement key in no time at a much lower cost and I was on my way minus $35 only!.
