Had a car door lock fixed and the quality of work was poor and the price was expensive. Went back a week later and told them that I was not satisfied, but they were unwilling to correct it without charging me more. I have used this business for years, but will not be going back to them.

I've always taken my cars here for keys. The LAST TIME I was quoted over the phone the usual price. I have been here three times for a Ford vehicle. Price was consistent. The quote was also the same as previous visits. This time the price was twice as much. Then after I mentioned my quote and previous purchases the tech got very argumentative. Until I asked for the manager. Who was Also very rude, yelling when customers were present, and walking away clearly very angry and still yelling. ONLY because I was quoted a different price... THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS UNPROFESSIONAL. The tech was extremely rude and ignored me at times. Only repeating the price and labor many times. Before I had always recieved two keys. Now only one was given. The company needs to know what is happening in their store.

Went in for duplicate cut keys for my car. I was in and out so fast and the price was by far the best I found in DFW. They even programmed and ensured both new keys worked before sending me on my way. Great place and staff!

Keep your dollars local with Michael's Keys! The attentive staff at Michael's is just one more of many reasons to bring or purchase anything lock and key related. I've used their services to cut and program two keys on a Ford that had none. Multiple visits to the Colleyville location for duplication of various keys. Unfortunately twice I have been unable to procure a GM key with plastic head. The showroom remodel happened a long while ago but deserves a gold star. Recognition to Zakk for showing me his commitment to excellence, from providing a detailed explanation of processes to displaying passion while performing a superb customer experience in results.

Our front door lock broke, call their number around 430pm and they were able to come out within 30mins. Service is about $90 and call to come out is about $89. We have our own lock, Jeff was professional polite. Would consider using them in the future

Even though I bought my safe at another location, these guys went and picked it up and delivered and I stalled it! Chris and Paul showed up and were amazing and professional. Ten stars if I could! I have a computerized entry system into my office that went on the fritz. Per mfgr's Tech Supports recommendation, I replaced the system board and reprogrammed it, but no avail. I measured resistances, sniffed wires through the building, but no gold. I had no expectation that Michael's Keys had any more that a distant knowledge of this system. Wrong! Despite non-standard wiring due to fire code, they diagnosed it very quickly to a broken wire to the crash bar inside the door frame. Its hard for me to be impressed, especially on a technical issue, but I am VERY impressed. These guys are SHARP!Eric Schmidt, Keller, TX

Fast, very affordable, no hassles in getting a valet key made. One star off for the woman who answered the phone and told me valet keys only unlock doors but don't start the car. Yes, there are keys like that but they aren't valet keys. A valet would have a hard time bringing your car back if he couldn't start it.

My girlfriend was told by a Jeep Dealer it would be $250 for a key fob for a 2016 Patriot. I went on Amazon, got a key fob for $15, and brought it to Michaels.They cut and programmed the key for $65. Not only was it a great price, Micheals only took 10min. No wait! I appreciate them so much and even though its not often I need a key made...when I do theyll have my business

Just purchased 2 Kawasaki Ninja 250r keys and the were very quick, the price was great as well as the customer service. They even walked out to my bike and tested the keys for me in every key hole multiple times to guarantee they work!! Will definitely be returning in the future for spare keys of any kind!!

Worst customer service ever! Undeserving of even one star. I called their company to change out a simple door knob for a property I manage, and they refused to even look at it until I provided my client's bank account information, Tax ID, current presidents personal information, years established, Bankruptcy information, years of bank usage and three financial references before they would send someone out to change a door knob. I have been doing this for years, but I have never seen a vendor so uncooperative. I was looking for a professional to solve a problem, and instead I got a bureaucrat.

Called asking for a key fob replacement, lady on the one just keeps pestering me about whether I own the vehicle or not and that my name on my license and title match, just because I told her I 'just bought the vehicle'. (About a week a half ago). Told her over and over again amongst her mumbling that I'd already taken care of the title and registration but she insists on wasting my time over nothing and making her feel good about herself. I wouldn't call for a key replacement estimate if it wasn't my God **** vehicle. Thanks for that, just because of that first interaction, went be giving you guys my business

This was the 3rd shop I went to, seeking a spare key for my old Lexus. The guys here were polite, they made me a spare in less than 10 minutes, and it worked no problems. In addition, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Great product.

This is a rip off company. Could you imagine that this company charge me a whopping sum of$813( Eight hundred and thirteen dollars) just to install front and back panic door, simply because Im in dire need it for City inspection.The Technician, Named Neil doesnt have good customers service. I will never recommend this company to anyone as far as aluminum door is concern.
