I called to get availability and pricing to have a key faub programmed to my car. The woman who answered wasn't polite. She gave me information which was clearly recycled from someone else and when I had a follow up question she got upset instead just asking the person she had previously. Considering I was on hold for more than half the phone call, had to repeat information that she forgot to get from me and couldn't answer my questions without assistance I'm not sure why she had the attitude. Needless to say I ended the call. Give your money to businesses that value your patronage.

Started this odeal at noon on Sunday, it's now twelve fifteen am mo day morning, guy still isn't here. They use three different names when calling us, so very confusing, first apt was from two to four but told the first technician that we were using another company because he didn't say he worked for bulldog he used another company name so that apt got canceled then was told he would be here by nine. He never showed called back, tech said he would be here as soon as he finished up another job, I finally texted tech directly he said he was on his way. Now at twelve o'clock he said I never answered his call, I have no missed call, so he went to do other job then went home, how did he finish a job and make it home In the twenty minutes it took me to answer him back by text? Now he is being rude by text arguing why he still hasn't made it here after he told me by text it would be thirty minutes. By the way my husband and I both get up at four am for work, guess no sleep for us tonight. All I can say is I will never recommend them to anyone, over two hundred dollars it's gonna cost us close to three and this is the customer service they provide

Saw some good reviews and called but customer service was rude. I just asked if they could lower price coz I made key last time at almost half of the price. Even the given by technician and customer service was different. They told it would cost $189 for a key. I made same key with giddyup locksmith for $129. Look around market before you get one.

These are okay dudes but they use a 2nd party to find costmers I ask the guy on the phone what's the price he said he didn't know I said okay don't want it he said it should be $50 the guys get there its 150 obviously try to prevent this they tell me if I don't play them at least 50 to not open my car there call the cops to prevent this from happening anyone else have at least 150 to 200
