First, I love the concept and the quality of the kiosks. These kiosks are easy to use, and while you have to wait a few days for the new key to be shipped to your home (you don't receive it from the kiosk) the kiosk scans your key quite quickly.I needed a new key for my Ford 2009 Sedan. I ultimately purchased a copy at this kiosk and the KeyMe in Colleyville; both keys neither opened my car door nor started the ignition. When I tried this location (Irving) and it didn't work, I figured the kiosk was having issues, but when the key from the Colleyville KeyMe also didn't work, I realized that the issue was more likely KeyMe and my particular car.The reason why I didn't rate KeyMe only 1 Star is b/c both times I called KeyMe customer service, I received courteous customer service, and they gave me refund confirmations both times quickly. Moving forward, I'll go to a different group outside of KeyMe to get a new key, but KeyMe does provide good customer service. Also, perhaps they provide better quality for other cars outside of my car's model and year!

A bad experience the whole way. Directions gave no indication it was inside the grocery store.Then it turns out to be an unmanned machine.Then it couldn't do either of the keys I needed but did offer to order them for an outrageous price!
