I was amazed how hard it was to find a second key for a common motorcycle! I called all the Yamaha dealers. Some had nothing to offer. Some had a key making machine but no blank keys. Some had blank keys but couldn't cut them. Pretty much the same story at most locksmiths I could find. The mobile ones wanted $100 just to come look at my key. Then, I got VERY LUCKY and called B&B. They answered the phone, they checked stock immediately, they had what I needed. I went the next morning and got my bike keys and also some spare house keys. Everything fit 100%. Home Depot had made some house keys which didn't work so it was refreshing too find real professionals like B&B. This store knows what they're doing!

By far the best Locksmith in Houston area , I am not from the area, with said the dispatcher knew where I was with little description, he then found his closest tech, gave me an ETA of 30 minutes, the tech arrived in 28 minutes with a smile, unlocked my truck in 30 secs, and I was on my way. I have never experienced such Great professionalism in the locksmith industry. My tech 'Gram' just awesome. Thanks B&BHighly recommend.

Unbelievable service. Zach was extremely efficient and professional- along with being very knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed by the way he walked me through the different options available along with the facts of why the original contractor grade hardware was not a safe choice for my family and I. Just to break the ice, Zach went on to prove how quickly the lock could be picked - about 20 seconds. I am very happy with the hardware we picked out and how Zach cleaned up everything after completing the job as if he was never there. As a result I have been recommending them to my friends. Will definitely use them again. Wanted to also mention that my interaction with B&B (all the way from my first phone call with Dave to my experience with Zach to returning to the storefront to get additional keys) was a welcomed experience.

These guys came out and did an excellent job! I called Friday morning and they were able to come out Friday afternoon and re-keyed all six of my locks. My technician Matthew was timely, knowledgeable and overall outstanding. The $75 trip charge was a bit of a sting, but at the end of the day was worth every penny. Can't put a price on honesty and drama-free. Dr. Lock was the first company I called and there was no honesty, as she quoted us $1800 for a $300 job and slid has her number to call after hours for a better price... nope I'm not making it up & she was an hour late.

These guys were all a pleasure to work with. I had lost the keys to my car and Zach was out within a couple of hours to work on the rekey and reprogram. There was a little difficulty and another truck showed up to support the effort. Had a lock cylinder from a piece of motorcycle luggage that was jammed. And, it was keyed alike to the ignition. I really didn't want to buy another lock with a separate key, so I figured I'd stop in the B&B in to see if it could be salvaged. While they weren't sure if they could replace the parts that had to be destroyed in order to disassemble the lock, they were willing to try with what they had on hand. Not only were they able to fix the cylinder, but they were able to reassemble it with a common Ford part. Great service and it was ready within an hour.

Absolutely excellent! I called this company for assistance after noticing my front door lock wasnt working correctly. I expected to wait several hours but was pleasently surprised. They sent a locksmith out right away to replace my front door handle and lock. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have two young kids, one of which loves to watch and ask questions. The technician played along and did a fantastic job answering all types of why and how questions from my 3 year old. Fantastic and quick service. We didnt know the car keys had been left in the cup holder and our 2 year old grabbed them and locked himself and his sister inside the car and threw the keys out of reach. Bernard at B&B Locksmiths is amazing!!! My husband, my 20 month old, and I were locked out of our house when we returned home from vacation. Our garage door wouldnt open and we couldnt open any doors because we had the Door Guardian on them. (Its a child-proofing thing.) We were really out of luck. Some other locksmiths we called didnt even know how they could help us. But B&B did! First of all, he got there quickly, in about 20 minutes. He was kind and professional. And he opened our door!!! He had to drill holes around it (and things I dont understand) and it was no easy task. My husband and I thought we would for sure have to replace our door. But the damage is minimal. We are so so grateful to Bernard at B&B locks!!

B & B Locksmiths, Dave, helped us understand all of the options and answered all of our questions. They have a great showroom too! This place treated me right from the get go. I had tried to find a locksmith to program my new Key FOB for a used 2017 Hyundai Elantra I recently purchased. It came with just one FOB. I bought a new FOB on Amazon from the Korean manufacturer. I emailed 3 locksmiths and got no responses in a week. One guy chatted online and refused to give me a price for Programming my FOB and cutting the blank key inside the FOB. But when I emailed B&B late last night, I got an email early this morning. They gave me a price quote up front with no hesitation. They had an A+ rating on the BBB, and had been around for 30 years. Looked very trust worthy. Went in this morning at 11:02 to get my FOB programmed and key cut. B&B couldn't guarantee it would work but felt like it would since it was new and from the Hyundai manufacturer. 20 minutes later we tested the new key in the car door and tested the FOB starting the keyless car, and it worked perfectly. At 11:35, I was on my way, one satisfied customer. The cost was an amazing $85 total, since I already had my new FOB. They also have FOBs there if you need to purchase one. Other places will charge you up to $500 for this service. Don't waste your time and money It's worth the extra gas to come to the Katy area to see B&B.

Sent a guy, totally inept. Quoted $189 to open front door deadbolt. To which I said too pricey. Then he said he could get in via garage door for $150. After 30 min without success, I told him to stop. I called Co. to send another guy out. They said they would have same guy do it for $50 less and should be able to do it in 10 min or less. I told the inept guy at my place he had 10 min to open front door lock. He said , bye then. And he left. Called Co. and they said they would not send out another technician and for me to find another company. I will never use your services ever ever ever with such an unprofessional attitude.

Unfortunately, I've already had two negative experiences in this store. Both times they did not finish the service and charged me the full price. Last week I brought my motorcycle to make the key fom the side bags. The estimated price was $ 25 to $ 35. They stayed the side bags for two days, and only in one of side bags the keys worked good, even then they charged me $ 35. They are not reliable.

These guys are brilliant! They really care about serving their customers well! I had bought some auto keys online that B&B cut and tried to program for me - turns out those keys I had bought were not the right ones for my vehicle. B&B sold me a key that actually worked and even waived the programming fee because of the whole mess with those garbage keys I had bought. They totally didn't need to do that. It was a class act and I am incredibly appreciative. They're the best, in my books!Thanks B&B!
