My malfunctioning front door deadbolt door handle combination was repaired without replacing the entire assembly at a fair and reasonable price.This saved be from the difficult task of finding an exact replace with additional wait time and saved me a significant amount of money in material costs.I was also very pleased with the professionalism and definitely recommend them!

They came out the next day. He was professional and friendly. He had no problem adding another lock to be re-keyed after he had started. The keys all worked flawlessly. He stayed until I tested all locks. I will definitely hire again.

I submitted a request on Sunday, received a call on Monday. Tuesday - 8:30 am- on time and quick. Fixed my lock, and then sent a nice detailed invoice with pictures. Usually don't write reviews, but will for this service. Wish all service providers were like this.

David and his guys do excellent, professional work. I hired them to install a controlled access solution on our subdivision pool gate. These guys followed through with everything they promised. The functionality of their work is exactly what we wanted. I will most definitely call this company again when need be. You won't be disappointed!

The Flying Locksmiths of Katy did an excellent job at our home! We moved into a pre-owned home, and we needed to change the locks in the home and re-key the entry ways into our home. When I called, they were very professional and got me in right away! The tech that came over was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He asked great questions, and was able to have all the doors match keys, so we wouldn't have multiple keys for multiple doors. So much easier to keep up with 1 key for all the doors. County permitting issues caused significant delays but David and his team took it in stride, showing up ready to work when the permits were finally issued. They have even followed up more than once to ensure my complete satisfaction. The appearance and functionality of their work is exactly what I wanted when Flying Locksmiths was hired. The Flying Locksmiths have been my familys go-to source for anything related to doors and locks ever since discovering them via their comical tiny trucks! My preferred Tech for TFL is Josh... whose always prompt, has huge genuine smile and each time has offered fixing items we hadnt thought about, often as small complimentary fixes! That in itself says a lot for company nowadays whose only interest seems to be maximizing their profit margins. So Google them to git started and ask for Josh.... hell do it right the first time!
