Daniel was quick to respond and said he could help me but the technician he had call me to help was unable to offer any assistance and did not call me back. Nor did Daniel return my texts or calls the next day. I felt this was rude customer service and false advertisement as they say they can help with any key/ lock problem.

Super fast, super nice, very affordable!They helped my husband get his keys out of his truck. The hubby was bummed most of the weekend, because he was afraid it was going to cost a bit, but these guys made it absolutely painless. I would definitely recommend these guys. They came out to us and we are located in Katy. (We should probably proceed with making a spare for his vehicle and mine....because these guys can!)

This is the only car lockout company that was willingly to work with me. No one else wanted to give me a complete price over the phone. However, Eilte unlocks help me out big time. Our Christmas lights tripped the breaker and we could not get in using the garage door. All house keys were inside and deadbolts locked! It was 7:30pm on Friday night and it was pouring rain!!! Called Elite, got a quote over the phone, and he was at our house within 30 minutes! Price was very reasonable - I was expecting to pay a lot more for an after hours locksmith. He asked for my husbands drivers license to prove we owned the home and we were in the house just a few minutes later! Thanks so much!
