they charged elderly woman $200.00 to unlock her car. I called to get a quote and they said $19.00 trip cost and $25.00 fee. I then told them what they charged my mother and she kept repeatedly putting me on hold. I called back and she obviously saw it was me again and when I asked her to confirm what she just quoted she stated the cost would be $245.00. They clearly took advantage of my mother!!!!!

Deceiving pricing. I was quoted $45-$95 to open a locked car. They said the pricing was based on how complicated it was. The locksmith came out and opened the car door in 3 minutes. The final price was $112 after tax. I called another locksmith and they estimated $50-$60. Shop elsewhere.
