Super nice people and great prices, only complaint is after the owner did an estimate for me to install cameras and recording system and quoted me $1,200 for the job they wouldn't ever call me back to come do the job. I was really disappointed as I wanted to use them. I called 3 times over 3 months never heard anything. I don't get it?

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I don't say that lightly . Not only did he show up with an OPEN container riding shotgun with him, he then proceeded to explain to me how I've inconvenienced him and his precious time because I had to take my 2 children inside the store to use the restroom and apparently missed him on his first run through the parking lot. Rather than seeing I was genuinely apologetic for this, he chose to be rude and argue. Honestly, I would rather break a window (FOR SURE) than give my service to this company. Very poor representation of any company

When theres something strange, in your neighborhood. Who you gonna call? B&D Security thats who! No more stolen property. These guys are amazing! Ill tell you how much your business means to them, they left work just to get the keys out of my jeep. I locked myself out, and they showed up. No doubt they'll do it for anyone! If your gonna spend your money, on something of the sort, spend it right with B&D Security. Other than that you might as well be throwing away money!! Best in the business, and if you dont believe me just try them!

Didn't like the service at all. I called about 10pm to have my husband's car unlocked from his job. And man came out to do his job but was VERY RUDE and GRUMPY about doing his job and because he was 'tired' and wanted to get back to his 'damn bed' and I didn't have the exact amout change in cash, cause he didn't have change on hand. So he typed in my card information instead when he could have let me know on doing so before I had wasted more time on running to the bank to get money out and he was very upset that i didn't have change and fled out the parking lot very fast.. I will NOT be doing business with this company anymore whatsoever I was very upset with how rude j was being when I was being polite about everything.
