Rude workers. I understand that Everyone is trying to keep a safe distance. The Protocol was to honk and stay in your car, they had workers outside laughing and being kids. I went ahead and knocked on the door and they said to wait in the car! I will not, be doing any more business here at all. Unprofessional, rude workers, and when you ask them a question they are very very rude when replying back to you! Please stay away from this place. Take your business somewhere else where they can appreciate you a lot better.

Ive never had a bad experience with these guys. In fact last time i locked myself out of my car the guy cut me a dummy key with no transponder to keep in my wallet. I haven't been locked out since then.

I would LOVE to give this place 0 stars! I had a situation where I was locked out of my vehicle during my shift at Pizza Hut as a delivery driver and so my manager had to call G&G for me. My phone was also in my vehicle and in result I had to give up all of my tip money to cover part of the bill. The man that helped me assumed I knew how much the total was but again, my phone was in the car and I was forced to used random stranger's cell phones in Spring Creek. I told the G&G employee I would pay the rest when I could. My mother informed me that Geico can still fully cover me for this incident so all I needed was my receipt. I misplaced my receipt so I, today, went to G&G to receive my receipt and politely explain to them what happened to me and how we can resolve it and I instantly was scolded and felt insulted. A tall Caucasian man, red-toned skin, was very rude to me, laughed at me in a chuckle after I said I lost my receipt, and told me 'the next time you say you are going to pay for something, you need to ACTUALLY pay for it.' Are you serious? What do you think I was going to do? Apparently Pizza Hut has given G&G $30 store credit in return for my remaining $26 but I was not informed with this information until just now. So I told the man to have a nice day because I got my receipt and I am done now and THEN the man that helped me saw me outside after in my vehicle and then proceeds to egg on the rudeness and said 'yeah the next time you say you are going to pay something-' and then I rolled up my window saying 'have a nice day' and he continued to speak to me rudely. I don't know why voices had to be raised to get a point across but I will not ever just sit there and take this. Never using this company again even if my life depended on it.

Brought my vehicle in to to have a door lock fixed. A few weeks later, the lock quit working. Brought it back to them. A few hours later, I get a call. My vehicle's ready for pick up. After they make me wait for an hour, they try to charge me full price for repairing their work. Then I found out that they had not actually repaired or replaced the lock either time. They just stripped it out (making it less secure) This was their idea of 'repairing the lock', just remove more & more of the damaged pins/wafers. They didn't inform me they were doing a 'patch job' instead of a repair. When I found out & complained about this, I was told, 'Well, we don't have any of those locks in stock.'When I got my truck back the second time, parts of the door panel were in my floor board, & they damaged something in the speaker covers. They keep popping off now. Never had that problem before I brought my truck to them. Several other parts of the door panel they took off to gain access to the lock no longer fit properly & have gaps. They even told me they used my vehicle to train the new guy on how to remove door panels. Apparently his lesson was a failure, and my vehicle paid the price.Anyway, I'm complaining about the crappy job & the fact they want to charge me full price to fix their screw up. The tech, (who was actually a very nice guy) goes to talk to the boss in the other room. I can clearly hear the boss throw a fit, & tell the tech, 'Fine. No charge, & tell him to never come back.' Here's the kicker. I'm the guy that's done the vehicle graphics for their company for... Gee, 15 or so years now. I will NEVER be doing business with them again.

After getting a call from my son of how rude your workers was i dont understand?? you are paid up right?? he paid 39.00 and pizza hut paid the rest right?? how much do i owe you?? i will pay you again if i have too but dont you ever try to talk down and laugh at my son and to follow him to his car to scold him some more?? that is harassment!!!! i am so thankful he wasn't hurt i have the owners name mr david gallager please respond i just hope your workers dont treat anyone else like they did my son

I Called Friday about having keys cut and was told they could get those done the next day (Saturday) if I was there by 9 oclock. I drive 45 miles and was second customer there at 9 as requested only to be told he may/may not be able to get to me- depends on how busy he gets. The man was very rude throughout my entire visit here. If you want a good locksmith call Billy Lees Locksmith Service Inc in Lufkin,Tx.

I am a college student at the great university of SFA, I am writing this review to encourage anyone that needs a locksmith to use G&G Lock And Safe Co. My experience with their business was courteous, quick and reliable. The reason I needed their assistance was my ignition lock cylinder went out in my 1996 Rav4, with their expertise, my car was running smoothly in no time. I truly appreciated their patience in answering all my questions - All in all I am truly impressed with their business!

Got charged for nothing. Be it user error or the wrong key fob, if it doesn't program you still pay. This company wasted my time and money for zero results and barely even tried to program my key. They gave up and charged me $35 for no results. If you want to get a fob programmed in the Nacogdoches location, don't go to G&G
