I believe they overprice the work they perform. They are professional at what they do with locks no doubt about it. But too pricey. Thats one of the reasons living in the premian basin is so expensive.

Just called read the few reviews of this company and just as I thought. THEY ARE BAD....I wish I could give 0 stars. I locked my keys in my car and the lady probably pat answers didnt even say her name how professional is that says we dont have anyone to do automotive. SOUNDS LIKE THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I hope my review causes them to lose more business.

I would give no stars to this SOB....I was locked out of my house with my two children and got a 6:00pm appt with the Receptionist. Called back at 6:20pm to confirm my appt and the man on the other end told me he was TOO BUSY for me......I had already waited three hours.....Then he proceeded to hang up on me after I stated I had an appt.....the only reason this guy is in service is because Midland is a boom town with no real professionals..........
