I had broken my key which has a chip in it and we all know that can run you up like $600 for a new one! I went to Mr. Key and was immediately assisted by a very professional and nice gentleman. He said it was only $60 for a new key and wouldnt take him long. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!! I will definitely go back to them for all future key services. Very happy customer

So I lost my only one key I had for my vehicle, and etc.. the technician comes, and starts doing his job, his trying to fit keys and so on, time passes by and he can't make it work so he mentions to me, he has to do a pin hole due to the in fact his gonna take more time and it's plastic, he would have to take most of the pieces of the steering column out and etc, he can't make it work, that the pin hole would be so small I would hardly notice at all. So I thought that was part of the job and so on, so he went and did it.. job done I now have new keys. I test the keys they work, and he leaves, next day when I used my vehicle I looked for that small pin hole and omg.. it was a terrible job. Conclusion is, he was in a rush to finish the job asap and leave, a lazy technician not willing to do his job the correct way.. don't recommend having this service.. they charged me 100$.. for a 10min drive, doors were open from the vehicle, they only did a hole, and my set of regular keys.

Were fast, friendly and helpful. They had everything I needed from my RV keys to the keypad on my vehicle. I have entered been able to use it since I purchased the truck used and it took the guy 2 minutes and no charge to help me out. I also got a transponder key for my ford f150 for $60.....God is good and these people are awesome!

Walked in to know if I could get a copy of a key , they guy that attended me was very rude said they didn't make those keys I said ok no problem , do you by any chance know we're I would be able to get one or find anymore keys for this lock ,? He said know what you got is what you get. In my head I was shocked by the response Not only did it not answer my question but the service this guy was providing was terrible I went to another key shop and they took care of me asap, with respect.I'll never return to mr.key ever again nor would I recommend this place

Took my Dodge Durango to get a new key fob programmed, the guy did it and charged me $40 but the key won't start the vehicle, I asked why is not working? he replied and I quote ... That is the wrong key mode and quote. He could have told me so before he did the dang programming and saved me the money ,but I guess this is how the make money hu. Mr key
