I would rather push my truck up a mountain than let them touch my truck ever again. Rates are outrageously high, the driver falsified his mileage log, they continue to charge for mileage after towing (return mileage), and the owner would rather act childish than simply explain and break down the bill. I wouldn't give a single star for that kind of treatment if I didn't have to in order to post a review.

The lady gave us a bid of $175 and when we got ready to pay, she said $250!! My husband said, 'You told us $175.' She said, 'No I didn't.' I was sitting beside my husband when he said OK $175. Thanks! Nothing more important for company personnel than Honesty and Integrity!!The best part of the service was our driver, Jerry!! Very professional and a nice guy!!

My wife was originally given an eta for about 1.5 hours for a fuel delivery. Then was contacted by dispatch that the driver was running late. After waiting another hour past the original eta, she called back. The dispatcher was rude, short and eventually hung up on her. I called the dispatcher after hearing this and was given Information/reasons why the driver was late. After calling my insurance company back I found out that Wyatts excuses for being over an hour late were all lies. A complaint was filed through our insurance company about this. My wife sat on the side of the road for over 4 hours. I would not recommend this company for any one. I am very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and inability to conduct business with integrity.

Wyatt's were contacted by my roadside service. I needed my Rialta RV taken to the repair shop. These people are GREAT. They followed up quickly, did excellent service, and the wrecker driver was polite, fast and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any towing service needed.
