K & S Lock and Key saved the day for my kiddo!! We lost the key to my sons dirt bike. I called Stephanie and explained our situation. She promptly gave me instructions on what to do. K&S really helped us out when I lost the only key to my car. Stephanie came out in good time and made me a perfect new key fob for a really reasonable price. The Toyota dealership wanted over $600 to do it and I'm just so thankful for K&S doing such a great job and not trying to charge an arm and a leg.

When I called K & S on a Saturday afternoon just before Christmas, Stephanie immediately answered the phone in a friendly voice. When she heard that I had locked myself out of.my car and was stranded, K & S dropped everything and came immediately. Even though I was miles away, they arrived in approximately 17 minutes! Stephanie had my SUV unlocked in less than 5 minutes and then got in, crawled to the back and got my keys from hatch area. They were professional, empathetic and came right away. And I felt safe. On top of that, their service charge was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I need help. I would recommend them to anyone!

Have 1987 grand national and lost the keys. Dealer could not help and called numerous lock smith with no luck. They were referred to me by another smith. Surprisingly they had the master keys. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend if looking for hard to find keys.

I broke a very worn key for a non running 1983 Porsche 944. Of the places I contacted Kevin and Stephanie were the nicest, most willing to work with just a broken Porsche key. Later when I tried the key out, it went in and turned like butter. Quality work by quality people.

Stephanie came buy and cut my key in my driveway. I was working on my car and had to get a new key so I would have the two keys needed to replace the engine computer. They came by and made short work of it. This saved me the money of having to tow it to the dealership and have them cut the key. Very pleased.

This was the most extraordinary service I have ever received from any service company. Stephanie and Kevin worked for hours trying to correct a problem with the remote key system for my Lexus. The difficulty in fixing the problem resulted from incorrect information I had given them regarding the system operation. When it started becoming late in the day, Stephanie drove me to my home and returned the next day with the problem worked and solved. Even though the difficulty was entirely due to my misinformation, my final charge for the service was less than 1/3 that of the Lexus dealer.Great people and great service.
