On mother's day weekend my daughter lost her keys in river . I called a guy in corpus Christi tx at unlock texas I think it was he got me in touch with keys plus in new Braunfels after 9 pm on Friday and to my surprise they answered after I call a lot of other locksmith keys plus was only one to answer and they actually cared that my yng daughter was stranded in uvalde as we live in Rock Port . The guys at key plyse were ready to go out immediately and help her that late at night but since she was in hotel we waited untill Saturday morning . These guys got right on it first thing in morning . And after a long drive to concan they had her back on the road before lunch time . My wife and I are so thankful for the guys at keys plus as I work off shore and my wife was going to have to drive 3.5 hrs or so each way just to get spare key to our daughter . But the guys at keys plus saved the day and saved my wife a whole day on the road with bad weather on our end of the trip . I would recommend keys plus to everyone . Thank you guys at keys plus for your honest concerns for our daughter and for getting her back on the road so fast . Next time my wife and I are in new Braunfels we would love to stop by and meet the guys who went above and beyond to help us and to work out details late at night with us . Thank you guys again

These guys had outstanding customer service came within 40 minutes to unlock my truck and make new keys. I was stranded outside of Schlitterbahn and they came to the rescue. Weren't too pricey either.

Oh my... Where do I start with this experience! Me and my family were at the schlitterbahn water park we arrived back to my vehicle and the key hole was drilled! We realized we could not get in my car due to the fob not working so I called a few locksmith in that area. Matthew was the first one there. The car was unlocked pretty quickly then my alarm system was steadily going off. Matthew made a new key for my car and reprogrammed everything. Although my key hole/handle is still messed up.. At least I could drive it safely home to Louisiana. You saved the night!! Thank you!

I had a very interesting night on the last day of my vacation in which i drove 4 hrs from home leaving the water park and my key and wallet were stolen i had contacted a locksmith who noticed my family was stranded and i was in a very uncomfortable state upcharged me at least 200+ to unlock the door and 600 to make a key said it was the usual in the New Braunfels area so i was robbed for opening the door but the key was to exspensive. But thank God Key Plus beg to differ not only was the service a 100% cheaper they were actually doing there best to help a family in need and not get over on someone thanks Key Plus your number 1 in my book

Saved the vacation on the 4th. Our truck key got wet and wasn't responsive to turning the truck on. Call these guys came within 15 mins tool less then 2 hours to fix. Never left until the truck turned on. Also gave another spare key just incase really good on pricing. If you are in Texas New braunfels I suggest this key place. Took a couple attempts but got it working and we still got to do the rest of the vacation. The best customer service in the world. Really nice people. I would give more then 5 stars.
