I had to use this company over the weekend because I got locked out of my house. Andrew responded quickly with a fair price before arrival. Once he arrived, he informed me that the locks on my doors, were pick proof and that he had drill them out. It was an additional $35 to have him drill out the locks, but I had approved it because there was no other way. However, he questioned how I got locked out. And what happened was I closed my garage door and then it wouldnt open. So then he said he could just open the garage door instead of drilling the locks out. So instead of drilling the locks out and charging me an extra $35 and therefore I would also have buy new locks, he saved me that money but opening the garage door. Most places would have just drilled out the locks to make more money since I had already approved him to drill the locks. But instead, he saved me money, so I gave him a nice tip. Overall great experience with him. Highly recommend!

Finding reliable help when you're new to the area can be a risky proposition. We knew we were going to need to find a locksmith when we arrived to check on some property in Canyon Lake, that had been sitting for a few years. So when Andrew arrived, I knew right away that we'd made a good decision in calling him. He went to work quickly, was knowledgeable and reassuring. He was able to open a sliding door, outside doors and a shed door, supply keys, replace a lock and rekey so they all matched and gave us a bill that was reasonable. I usually don't write any reviews BUT I will take my time to write this one because Andrew saved my life TWICE. I had lost my car key and was stranded in New Braunfels. I was flustered and decided to call just the first company I saw online. Worst mistake ever!!!. I wish I could remember what they were called but they completely scammed me. I, later get recommended through a close friend to call Sure-Lock and Safe. He was quick to answer and even though he had other costumers he still got to me in a good amount of time. Andrew made two separate trips out to my house when we were missing some hardware for the first visit. The second visit went relatively late into the evening due to some unexpected surprises with one of my doors and locks. He assessed the situation and shopped the local hardware stores for the necessary components to remedy the situation. Despite the time and frustration, he pushed through to completion as promised. He drilled four doors and installed four additional locks. He performed the installation as if they were his own doors and cleaned up as if it were his own home. Hes polite, responsive, thorough, and true to his word. Would absolutely recommend him.
