Atom Shock

Rekeyed a deadbolt for me. When I entered the person behind the counter said that he was not a locksmith and that the locksmith would be back in 10 minutes. The locksmith did come back in that time but I had to wait for them. the store was not practicing any of the current preventive measures of enforcing mask-wearing or social distancing to protect customers against the pandemic.

You will be hard pressed to find anyone better than Ace Locksmith and it is apparent if you have any questions about locks, keys, or safes, no matter how old or new the technology is, and their customer service is great because of their love of what they do. When you first see this locksmith's building you will think they are old or out of date, plus they've been in this location for what seems like forever, but the second you walk through the door of this old outdated building you will see all the newest in lock, key, and safe, technologies, but they are still true to their roots and have all the old greats that are still as dependable as ever. The guys working behind the counter have definitely been in this business for what seems like many, many, life times and their knowledge of the old locks, keys, and safes, is unsurpassed, but its their love for locksmithing that is keeping them young and up to date with all the newest in the lock, key, and safe, world. If you are needing something as simple as a key made, you should give them a try and help support a great business verses feeding one of those giant big box monsters or one of those P.O.S. (point of sale) key machines, you should also talk to them when it comes to your door locks or safes, because their priority is to help get you the best product to keep you and your belongings safe, not like those giant big box monsters who want to sell you the item that makes them the most money and thinks of you and your belongings safety last in their priorities.

I had a couple of master locks that I lost the keys for These were large locks really large I thought that the keys if possible were going to be expensive and take a wile Well muck to my amazement he had the locks open in about 5 minutes tops Made me a couple of keys for each lock I wax out of there in a matter of minutes Professional Service while you wait Keep up the good work

Honest, accurate, and fast! I lost my motorcycle key right before moving houses. Ace Locksmith happened to be close to our new place so I gave them a call. Great people to deal with. After removing my ignition from my motorcycle and bringing it to Ace Locksmith they were able to make me a key that fit my original ignition. This was for sure my best option as it only cost about 30$. Very happy with the service, price, and people. If you need a key.... I bet they will hook you up! Thanks ACE!

I will NEVER use Ace Locksmith again. It took them two days and multiple calls to come to my house to fix a safe. Then when they finally came to the house, all the guy did was turn the dial and the safe opened. I was charged $86 for 2 mins of work. They are money hungry and do not care about people's time and money.

Brought in a '12 Ford Escape (with a chip in it) blank and they cut it for me for $3.25. Was out within minutes. I programmed it myself so I'm not sure if they offer this service and if so, how much is costs; however, it was easy enough for this vehicle.

I cannot imagine a better locksmith than ACE. Margaret easily provided a good lock and ignition key for our Land Rover using their stock blank to start with. Margaret tried hard to get the blank that we provided (from an Internet vender) to copy but it would operate the door lock and not the ignition. A very close inspection on another blank that we had showed a slight difference in the first 1/16 inch. So we have a good copy from Margaret but no key part to put into our new remote case. Nice try Margaret! So we'll try to find the right blank key shaft for the remote now that we know what to look for and go back to ACE again.

One of my technician just left Ace Locksmith with a chipped and programmed key. He was there for 5 minutes at most. When I called ahead to get pricing I was shocked. I half expected for him to get there and be charged more because I swear they misquoted me. BUT NO!!!! CHEAP. VERY PROFESSIONAL. QUICK. Couldn't have asked for better service and pricing. This will be our go-to company for all of service trucks needing extra keys.
