Excellent service. I went for a late run and locked my keys in the car. Saw the 5 star review and gave them a call. In roughly 20 minutes, Tony came and unlocked my vehicle. The lady (forgot her name) at the office was very polite. Tony was very friendly and welcoming. Their 5 star reviews are well deserved.

No one ever wants to call to have their door unlocked. Especially on Christmas Eve! I mean it's not like I have anything else to do with my money at this time of the year but hey - I'm irresponsible. From my first contact the service was IMPECCABLE. I had honest expectations set for arrival and I even managed to mess that up. When I was not back at home he was polite enough to wait for me since I waited for him... C'mon who does that?!? They do! He was fast, efficient, and provided the service at a cost that didn't hurt too much. While here, I figured I should get a new house key made and he had supplies on site to do it without having to leave and get another one. Talk about prepared! Excellent job. Thank you for being my holiday hero!

I dont usually take the time to write a review but I wanted to in this case because the experience was just perfect. (Well as perfect as being locked out of your house can be)Its a Thursday night and I found myself locked out and called and Tony arrived in right about 10 minutes. Very nice and professional... and good at what he does. It took him about 30 seconds to bypass my deadbolt. Cant ask for more than that.

Well there is a first for everything. If you find yourself in a pinch - dont hesitate to call. I didnt really do research so not sure what the going rate is in town, but I thought the price was reasonable. Tony was fast, professional and personable. If I could give him 10 stars I would ! Tony was not only very polite (unlike a couple of other locksmiths I called) but also answered all the questions I had about the pricing for a new fob key. I work with customer service and know when to recognize someone who goes above and beyond for a customer. Price was fair and I will save his number on my cell for sure because you do not find this kind of honest professional out there very often, specially when they know you are in an emergency situation.
