Called the front desk to ask for the name of an employee to leave an honest review about how she handled (or rather failed to handle) professionally communicating with a client and her lack of consideration and general respect for people who turn to Sherlock Locksmith for assistance. Front desk was just as useless and also refused to provide customer service with no valid reason for ignoring the request. After not being able to come up with a reason, he decided to just hang up the phone on me. I think that the Rowlett location would benefit from training their employees on basic professionalism skills as they clearly all lack that common skillset. They showed no respect or value for my time on my day off so I intend to reciprocate the same treatment by bringing this issue to management personnel above them

Sherlock’s sent a locksmith to drill out our smart lock and replace it with the exact lock. Bad batteries were most likely the problem, so we sucked it up and paid TRIPLE the cost of the smart lock for the job, since we couldn’t get home to replace it ourselves. In a YEAR, we NEVER had this exact same lock stick or jam - just malfunction when we were away because we hadn’t changed the batteries. Fast forward, and just a few days after the installation, the lock is malfunctioning both manually and when engaging the smart lock feature. Sherlock’s gave us excuses, the locksmith told us it was because we hadn’t programmed codes yet, and we got the run around. We stayed home ALL DAY waiting for a locksmith, and NOTHING. No communication, not response, no locksmith, and we still have a deadbolt that DOESN’T work on our front door. I’d give zero stars if I could.
