I am so thankful there are trustworthy companies like this. The technician was on time, friendly attitude, very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. I was expecting to get hit with a huge bill due to the fact that he came out to the house after 8:00 p.m., but he kept his word with quote he gave me over the phone. I would definitely recommend him and Express Local Service.

After sitting in the parking lot of Wal Mart for what seemed like hours... frustrated, hot and getting zero help from the wal mart staff to find my key Inside the store because they were closing...i called Express Local Service and they showed up fast. The driver was a Very helpful gentleman and he went above and beyond what he needed to So that we could get our truck started and be on our way home...Thank you so much. Same as everyone else. Told $19 fee plus charge starting at $25. Then was told it would take about 20min to arrive. Tech showed up an hour later and said it would be $225!! I said I'd just figure something else out and he negotiated it down to $125.It is incredibly misleading to say prices start at $25 when you already know I need you to open my home's front door and it's going to involve a deadbolt and/or a door handle lock. Let's be open and honest from the start. Don't say it starts at $25 when you know what I'm asking for to start with. Marketing, office, dispatch, etc get a 0 star from me. Dishonest, just downright dishonest.The tech that came out gets a 5 star though. He was fantastic, friendly, and worked quickly. Didn't catch his name, but he did a great job.

Good service, called to inquire about cost to unlock a vehicle after locking keys in my car at work on my lunch break. Quoted the $20.00 trip charge and said the locksmith would let me know charge to unlock car after seeing car before unlocking. Great response - call back to let me know it would be 15 min. arrival time and called when arriving. Failed to mention tools charge. When the nice gentleman gave me the price and I could not pay that, the price was negotiated. I would recommend them.

Adir was amazing! My mom was locked out and she called him and he arrived within 20 mins and had the door open in 5! My mom was super stressed and super defeated and he changed all that in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this man with 5 stars!

Caveat Emptor. I was drawn in by the $10 service charge and good reviews. I was quoted $10 plus the actual expense/labor, which prices started at $25. I was told the tech would give me a final estimate when he arrived. Seemed reasonable. Tech showed up within the hour. He took one look at it (standard interior commercial office door with lever handle pin type lock) and quoted me $239. I said no way. He negotiated asking how much would I be willing to pay. I told him $10 plus the $25. He said no, that no locksmith would do that. Long story short, we ended up at $100 negotiated price. It took him less than 15 seconds with a bump key and a screwdriver to open the door. Obviously he was an expert and he opened my door. However, I don't feel good about the experience. I wish I had made a few more calls or watched a few more YouTube videos about lock picking.

I would not recommend this business to anyone, They will quote you a 19 dollar plus a 24 dollar fee for lock out service on a car over the phone. ( And yes mine was a easy unlock 2 minutes)When they arrive then you will be given a plain receipt with no business logo no card offered, and a $179 charge , Clearly scam artist who take advantage of the vulnerable. We do not need business like this in Sanantonio. Steer clear!

Yes the quote WILL be higher when he arrives (100-200), I broke my key and within minutes I received (paid for) a spare fob and peace of mind. In case you have an issue paying for a locksmith, use your insurance. It is expensive and it sucks, but keep in mine that it is FAST and convenient services.

Everything about this place is sketchy! Got an estimated 20 minute wait and by the time the technician came it had been over an hour wait. I sent him away telling him that I didnt need his service and he would not leave my property telling me that I had to pay a service fee charge of 40 dollars I told him no and then he tried to haggle me for 20 I told him no and then he said he was going to block me from all locksmith I told him thats fine. And then threatened to call the police on me because I was not paying for their services. Finally I have the guy 10 dollars and sent him away! Terrible terrible place never give your money here!!!

NIGHTMARE! Do not use this service! They sent me a technician that DID NOT know how to pick a lock so he broke my window bending the window frame to gain entry. I was furious! Then he tried to charge me over $100 dollars for the service. Of course i refused and he said he did the work. I told him he needed to fix my window and he refused. He literally ran away. I couldn't believe it. I called the dispatcher and they assured me the window would be fixed. A month later and nothing. I had to fix my own window. They are criminals!

The dispatch took my I formation, make and model, told me it would be 10 for the service fee and 40 for the unlock. Technician arrives and tells me its 160 dollars. Dont let them scam you for your money.Edit: this reply is a joke, you knew what kind of car it was when you quoted me over the phone. Maybe dont SCREW people when you quote them, and tell them that they can plan on paying about 200 dollars for the locksmith to use 2 balloons and a rod to hit the unlock button.A 10 dollar investment for a slim Jim at the auto parts store is a way better idea. Damages would cost less to fix
