Quick service, good advise, friendly people, and great prices.I had been looking around for other locksmiths closer to the jobs I had and everyone closed, specially with this pandemic. Sam was able to trouble shoot my truck's lock issues, retrieve the original key code, fix a non-working door and cut news keys... All for an affordable price. He and his crew were courteous, professional, punctual, and listened to my concerns. I didn't feel like he was trying to scam me or sell me something I didn't need... not like some others I had called. I highly recommend him... I will only go to Sam and I will recommend him to all my friends.

Key remotes for BMW and Land Rover were stolen from our Truck. Both remotes were in my wifes purse which they stole. Called SA Locksmith and Security and they reprogrammed the remotes that we did have and we got a 2nd one. Both vehicles were done quickly and very reasonable. Great Service!!

I was vacationing in New Braunfels, TX when the key fob to my Chevy car stopped working. I was unable to start my car and the alarm went off every time I even attempted to get into my car. This locksmith company was a LIFE SAVER seeing as I was practically stranded hours from home on my last day in New Braunfels. I even called multiple places looking for a new key fob and none could compare both in price and customer service! Lee drove almost an hour to help me while still reprogramming my antitheft system and providing a brand new key. I hope this review helps anyone having this kind of issue or anyone out of town who doesn't know where to look. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR KEY REPLACEMENT!!

S.A.LOCKSMITH Saves the Day! I had been given a 2005 SAAB 9 3 without a Key Fob, to get a new on usually costs about $1500 that's FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! AND you have to have your vehicle towed to their shop. S.A.Locksmith came out to the house, and quickly went to work. Within an hour an half I had TWO WORKING KEY FOBS for $475, I could have gotten just one for $375! ..All & all SA LOCKSMITH saved me over a$1000. From now on, S.A. Great service! And good quality-price ratio.I managed to lock myself out in the unholy hours of Monday morning and had to call for help. A couple other 24-hour services either didn't respond or informed me I'd have to wait a few hours before they found a technician. Not here. I've had to wait maybe 40 minutes overall, which isn't much given the distance. With how early it was I didn't expect the response to be this timely or the price to be as low as it was based on some past experiences. Thanks for your help!

Lost my truck key while on a fun weekend with wife and friends in San Antonio. Called S.A. Locksmith & Security and was treated extremely nicely. Dispatcher gave me details of what to expect and was spot on. The technician, Keith, called to verify everything and arrived shortly afterward. They were fast, efficient and price was very fair. Very hard workers. I had a very old and dulled out key for my 2002 Jaugar Xtype. After many places have told me no This team worked very hard to get this key cuy perfectly and programmed it for a good price. Recommended for all jaugar uses and cars with special types of curs.

Miguel Salazar from thus place was great! He gave me a great price, (i actually ended up cancelling service with another locksmith who was already on the way) he got here quickly (about 10 minutes) and got my car door open in less than 5 minutes. I got my security chip replaced in January and it stopped working in February. When it was being replaced, the man had a very difficult time doing it and it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. When I tried to call for a refund, they didnt answer and then sent me a text the next morning. I responded to the text message, but they read it and didnt respond. So I called again. Someone answered, but he wasnt acting very professional and it was hard to understand him because the background noise was super loud.

So the other day my key broke off into my ignition and I needed a locksmith to come by and extract and make a new key (I was at a gas station). Lee, their locksmith technician, came to my rescue. They were fast friendly and the driver/technician even gave me a bottled water in this Texas heat while we waited for the programming. That right there is priceless in my book. Last night my friend locked his keys in his trunk and we had no way of opening the car. Guy was really great and helped us out. He did everything he could to try and get the trunk open, and was up front about everything he was doing. After trying multiple ways to try and get the trunk open, he made an extra key for us, and we were able to open the trunk with it. Fantastic service.

Don't go here. He will take advantage of your ignorance. This man quoted me $175 for a 2013 impala key. Several dealerships will charge you $60-$80. They will even cut the key with your vin#. This locksmith claims he charges the price for programming. If you have a working key, you can program it yourself in 5-10 seconds. Even without a working key, you just have to put the key in the run position 3 times 10 minutes apart. Use YouTube and don't get ripped off by guys like this.

Horrible communication with the the technician kept blaming excuse on his long night that he overslept got pulled over and has wasted my morning waiting several hours to come do a simple key made. I willl not be recommending this place for their services

We brought a doorknob with lock to the storefront location to get a replacement key as the original key was lost. They wanted to charge $45 to have the key made. We waited until another locksmith's storefront location was open and had 2 keys made for less than $20. Another 24 hour locksmith offered to come to our home and make a replacement key for $35 including the house call. This locksmith is a horrible value.
