Called several locksmiths to have my daughters car rekeyed, all gave me pricing over the phone.So, I decided to go with Texas Premier since the girl told me it would a $30 service call and $95 key Cut and programming fee. I confirmed the key type and the make and model of the car. I confirmed it would be $95 and that included both keys, she said yes. (Plus service call)I waited 3 hours for the guy to get here and he said he cant do it for less than $220 plus the service call. I told him that was more than anywhere I called and that I was quoted $95.He said that is was $95 and up, they do not give full quotes over the phone. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH GAME HERE. THEY KNOW YOU ARE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND JACK THE PRICE WAY UP, knowing you most likely pay so you dont need to wait on another locksmith.Ended up getting it done for $120 total by very honest local shop.

I was already having a bad day, two other companies had completely blown me off one didn't tell me there wasn't a tech available for my area, until 20 minutes after I initially called them and had to call them back. the other company wanted to charge me $280 for two simple things.... I almost gave up until I found Texas Premier and when I called I was told a tech would call shortly, the tech Mike called me and was there in under 30 minutes.. fixed my problem so fast and then i was on my way... the woman who took my call was amazing and polite had amazing customer service... and the Tech who came out was equally as polite and customer service inclined... there wasn't unneccessary expenses or fees for the services and the price was very affordable... I would recommend these guys anytime I have a friend in need!Thank you guys.

Honest, fast and professional. The battery in my key fob was low, resulting in me locking the keys in the car. (The car didn't sense that the keys were inside. ) The locksmith was honest about his ETA and even suggested that I can submit a claim with my insurance for reimbursement. AWESOME SERVICE.

BEWARE/DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I waited an HOUR & twenty minutes & no one showed up. It's hot outside. Started doubting quailty of service at that point so I checked their reviews. Other people had similar experiences & others also said they charge double what they quote on the phone. Don't waste your time.I'm not even mad at this point. Honestly, it's just unprofessional to set an appointment & be that late. I have read company responses to complaints & they come off as rude/sarcastic. Just disappointed. UNPROFESSIONAL I challenge the company to give an un-sarcast/sassy or rude response back to me. *I was professional .*I did not cuss. *I set an appointment the previous day - giving details of vehicle & key needed *I called 10 min prior to confirm*I sat outside 10 min prior to appointment. *I respectfully sat out there in Texas heat waiting *I got a call 35 min late from tech about key *I called when they were an hour late *Got bad feeling in gut *Read terrible customer reviews - & sassy comments back from company *I cancelled appointment an hour 20 min later *Respectfully left bad review *Dissappointed :(

BEWARE: DO NOT use this company. This is a locksmith company with offices in San Marcos & Austin, TX. They scam people by offering a quote over the phone, then the locksmith charges double once the work is done. The person answering phone claims $30 flat rate call-outs, plus price for work which starts at $25 for a simple pick a lock & goes up if more extensive work is done. Mine was a 30 second pick a lock & I was charged $80 total that included a military discount.. HA!!!What a joke!!! When I called to complain I was told a supervisor would call me back. Never happened. I called back 5 days later & was told it is up to the technician to charge what he feels is necessary. #scamReading through their Google Maps & Yelp reviews, I noticed this has happened repeatedly. I have reported them to the BBB & my local news stations. Please save yourself a headache & money.. do not do business with them.

Really appreciate how they didn't require me to have the original key for the ignition in order for them to make me another one like other places I had called previously. Once called, the locksmith took no more than 10 minutes to arrive to my place and 15 overall to make the key work. Will definitely be contacting them in the future for their prompt and efficient services!

This has been an awful experience. I may have just gotten someone who clearly does not care for my time. We had a set meet up time and he had still not arrived 30 minutes after that agreed time so I left because I needed to get to work. We set a new time and when I contacted him he said he still had not left. It is now 20 minutes past and I still have not heard back.

Do NOT use this service. Was quoted $50 over the phone and when the technician arrived after waiting 2 hours he said I like to charge you $100 I refused bc I have been locked out before and never been charged more than $60 (same vehicle). When I told him that his response was you look like you could afford to pay me $100 and that I looked 20-22 years old cant I call someone to pay for me.Then he proceeded to tell me how its going to be a hard job would take a long time possibly...After that I apologized for his wasted time and my wasted time. I was not going to be taken advantage of. Long story short he said he felt sorry for me and negotiated to do the job for me for $60. He popped the lock and took him a whole 15 seconds. I have never felt so degrated as a woman and insulted. I am a 26 year old woman who lives on her own and pays her own bills.

Terrible customer service And I do not recommend. I made an appointment for 4:00pm. When i showed up the doors were locked and the locksmith said he was atleast 20 minutes away. Also couldnt give an estimate on price, only said it can get pricey and had no reasoning for why he was 20 minutes away except for the fact that he was busy lol
