Way better the dealer ever would have been! I have had five keys made here so far and have been pleased with all of them. Two of them have been programmed for far cheaper than the dealer wanted. I highly recommend for any of your key and lock needs! Robert is great. Very professional and always fast while doing an outstanding job.

These folks are AWESOME!! Highly recommend. After calling multiple locksmiths to replace my lost clicker key, (few even returning my call) Green's offered me a cheaper solution. when the locksmith came out, the key would not program, but they were still get me on the road TODAY and saved me about $250.Five stars is not sufficient!Thanks for all your help Green's Lock & Safe! I was hit on the road pulled over car locked me out with crying baby inside the car, ran to a tire shop to have them help me find a locksmith or call the cops, this man came out I was told 80 to open then got charged a lot of tax, so it came out to 92 and something change. He wanted to pray for me because Im homeless Im sorry keep god out of this I gave up faith a long time ago. Yes I have a car only thing to my name thats paid in cash, but honestly there are cheaper locksmiths who will open your car for 65 with tax included. Anyways I wouldnt recommend them too high.

I called the general manager couple weeks ago to discuss some issues I was having with another locksmith company. He was polite, and honest with me about what I needed for both my business and my home. I set up an appointment. The locksmith Pete came out and was very attentive and answered my questions about how the pins in the lock are different. He was done quickly and everything works perfectly. I am very happy with my new locks. Thanks. I will be back.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I came to the actual location to have 2 car keys and remotes programmed, I saved $200 compared to the dealership! Everyone in the office was pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend this company. As a side note, when I came in the door I was greeted with a pleasant smell.

Went in there with a twisted motorcycle key and asked if it could be replicated. Without any time he made a new key and even bent my key back in place for me! He even went outside and made sure the new key worked on my motorcycle!

What can I say about Greens that hasn't already been said about the wheel or the iPhone? These people are amazing! I had a car lockout over the weekend and we had been stuck outside in the hot sun because another locksmith company had not shown up. I spoke to Ken and he said he'd be here in 30 minutes cause of traffic . He arrived when he said he would and he also waived the service fee cause he saw that we had been waiting forever! Thanks Ken!!

Needed 5 locks rekeyed. Was informed that three of the locks would need to be repaired or replaced. I had Green do the locks at the office for years. When the appointment was made, they stated that since I had been a long time customer, there would be no service call fee. So I trusted the technician who said that the locks would be $30 each. What I was not told was that that was two per door and that there was an installation fee plus the rekey fee. So double what I was expecting. No invoice when I got home, so called to have it emailed. It did not arrive, so I went by the store. Was told it would be emailed. I insisted and was printed within 5 minutes. Total cost of $713. The lesson here is to read the reviews!

They advertise $19 lockouts, but charged me over $80, for a lockout 6 miles from their office. I feel as though I were taken advantage of, possibly because we are I from out of town. My father in-law owns a wrecker service in a wealthy area and would only charge $45 for the same service. Still waiting on the invoice I was promised to be emailed to me that outlines the 'service fees' that makeup this high charge, though the service fee advertised on the company website is $29.Update. Spoke to manager, Chris on the phone to get an outline of the charges, since I have yet to receive the promised invoice. He was very rude, and hung up on me. Use a wrecker service or other local locksmith for your lockout needs. The fees advertised on the website for this company are apparently not for the average person, locked out of their car on a hot day, pregnant, with two toddlers.

Careful here, they will NOT be honest on Pricing - 2 re-keys done, was told 75.00 service call and about 18 each key hole - plus 2 keys ...(116.00) a bit high, but need it done . So I say OK -- they show up do the work - ready to pay it is 172.50!!!!!! - Called manager or owner and explained not told about HOURLY Charge on TOP of other charges - was here HALF and hour - 56.50 for half an hour - I discuss my displeasure to him for not giving me the chance to say thanks and hang up and call another locksmith - I tell him that I have 5 store and never has it been like this no one charges this extra fee much less hiding it.... his reply was simply - WELL WE DO

3 keys: a small mail box, a standard small padlock, and service key for an '04 car. None worked, the one intended to simply open a locked car door would not even go into lock. Colossal waste of time to determine this outfit can not pour water of of their own clown shoe with instructions on the heel. Beware.
