I locked my keys in my car and also managed to lose my spare. I called and they were super nice and gave me a good price. The employee who came out, was very polite and it took him little time to open my car back up! He even made me a spare. Great attitudes and very professional.

Henry answered the phone this morning right on the dot at 8 AM. I had lost my truck key fob and door key, he said he could send someone out by 9-10! Service tech Julian made it to my place about 9:50 and was done in less than 15 mins! They were both polite, on time, and such affordable prices for such an expense if I had gotten it towed to the dealership. Thank yall so much, we will definitely be using yall for any of our locksmith services in the future!

These guys are awesome! I purchased a vehicle and my tire blew on the way home! During the frantic frenzy of trying to find a tire while my truck with no tags or plates is sitting on the side of the road I lost my keys!!! They were very courteous and profession! Not only were they able to make a key for my Mercedes when everyone else I called told my only the dealership could provide replacement keys, but they also they come out to make a key on the spot! Henry came to my house and that was a lot of help because my car wasnt moving ! I also live a good distance outside of Houston he couldnt even get signal on his computer thats how far out I live. We had to push the car from under the house and he had to stand in the hot sun and program my car! Sorry ! But he got it programmed and started !!!! Thanks again would def recommend

I contacted High End on a Saturday after my insurance companys provider never showed. They asked some good questions on the phone to be sure they could help me with my Audi Lockout. They arrived on time and they were inside my car within 5 minutes, on their first attempt. I have heard horror stories about getting into these Audis if the battery is dead. No problems for High End. Came out Saturday to program me an new key fob but after much trying my 2015 Audi A7 just didnt take there key fob (not there fault) so had to order key fob from dealer but brought back to High End to program. Cheaper and quicker than having everything done at dealer along with still providing an top notch service. They definitely have future business and my respect. Henry you the man!!!

I hired them to reprogram my 2011 BMW 328i FRM computer because the body shop had attempted to start the car on a low battery and this caused the FRM to lose the stored logic. I was faced with buying a new FRM, shipped to me for $425 or dealership for almost $1000; however, I found them on Google and was pleased they could perform this FRM programming. They arrived in where I lived in Sugar Land, I took out the FRM module from the car and within about 30-ish minutes they were done and told me I could test it in front of them, if it didnt' work, I didn't have to pay. As soon as I had it installed I started the car and everything worked great! The cost was $150 and they traveled to me! If you have a BMW that needs an FRM reprogramming and you can handle taking this little module out of the footwell of your car, you'll save a ton of money! I am going to use them for keys and other ECM reprogramming I'll need in the future for my BMWs

I've stopped by their shop twice now, once for an extra integrated key & fob and once for just a spare power lock/door remote. Still not cheap like the old days of just cutting a key, but their pricing easily beats the dealers and they take care of you in just minutes. Hoping I don't need any more replacements, but if i do, I'll just go right to them.

After wasting two hours of my life at Ace Hardware trying to get a second key fob (plus programming), I contacted High End. They came to me. The tech was bright, courteous, and respectful. And the work was done within ten minutes. Also, it was $20 cheaper than Ace. Can't beat that!!! Will definitely use again!
