Had them show up and quote me $175 if they can pick it and $244 if they cant and have to drill. After attempting to pick it for 10 minutes, I was told he couldnt pick the lock and have to drill. After 30 minutes of drilling and using a flat head screw driver he finally broke through. $244 for something I couldve done myself is a rip-off. Then he try to upsell me with a new lock for an additional $150. I felt like he never knew what he was doing and he just drilled until the lock fell out.

Worst experience ever, I dont understand all this five star reviews, 1st of all the guy they had on call out in Provo Osher Elbaz literally butcher my simple lock after trying to open it for over an hour , he drilled the lock which did not work , then he started to cut it with a saw and took part of the wood from the door , all he had to do was picked the lock but no he drilled and cut the whole lock, but after that ordeal he tried to charge me $459 dollars I was livid, I told him that's not what he had quoted me on the phone other wise I never would have called them out , he went from $29 service call and $50 to unlock the door to even trying to charge me $200 for a $25 lock that was the same as I had in the 1st place , I told him in was not paying that because he was going against what he said on the phone I immediately contact the company and told him the situation with Osher Elbaz the 'technician' as soon as got on the phone he said ok is 300 I said no that's not what we agreed on, long story short he came down to $250 and im like what are you charging me for all that he had on the 'invoice' was the amount of 459 nothing else oh yeah the company name on the header finally after two phone calls to the main office Mark the manager got on the phone and I explained the horrible situation and bad service he agreed that I did not have to pay the 459 but $150 and i said no also because that's not what the technician said , be ware of who you call , research your locksmiths company, this job should have been a 10 min job and no more than $80 dollars never would I use this company or recommended it!!! See the pictures and tell me if that's a 459 dollar job or even $100 I could of done that myself!!!

Tech came out explained there lock plan quoted me $45 a lock I had two to be done so I was expecting to pay $90, he finished the work then charged $175 that's more then if I went to the store and bought the locks new. (Beware the quoted price is not what they will charge) hes was looking at the lock he was to rekey when he quoted me.

They charged my card even though they did absolutely nothing. Tech showed up and explained he wasnt changing the ignition. That would be what they quoted me for. Even spoke with the supervisor and was reassured it wouldnt be charged and still they hit my card for $90 for just showing up after a 4 hr wait. Very unhappy. Now company is avoiding my calls and messages
