We needed to get in our car so we called these guys. They quoted us on the phone, came out within 20 minutes, and worked until they got the car open (not an easy feat). They were professional and polite - all while promising they could get into the car or their efforts were free. Definitely the lock company we will always call from here on out. This is a family owned business that is worth supporting!

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the services provided by Key Man. Xavier went above and beyond to help me get into my rental property that previous tenants had abandoned and taken the keys! Prompt service, great communication, and reasonable prices; what more can a girl ask for!

I called this morning to verify their hours and if they could cut a Honda key. I arrived at the location 20 minutes prior their closing hour and they were already closed. I planned the day according to their closing hour (6 pm) and chose to drive 20 minutes to their business because of their reviews on google maps but sadly I had a completely different experience. I would expect a business to stay open when they say theyll be open. Even more frustrating the fact that I called to verify those hours to make sure theyd be there.

I would recommend this local family owned small business to every one. I had a couple of door knobs re-keyed, and they have knowledgeable staff, high tech equipment and are very friendly. The cost was way cheaper than buying new ones. He had it done in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely go back again.

I would highly recommend Key Man Lock & Safe. I came in over the weekend, they unfortunately did not have the key fob I needed for my car but Lance offered to order it and also told me what I could order online from amazon and bring it into the store for them to program it for me. We came back the next week and got it done, quick and painless. It was such a breeze getting the process done! 10/10 recommend!

Great service. Called them after Lowe's couldn't cut 2 new keys for my truck. He made sure that my keys had the right chips in them cut them and I was out in 5 minutes. If I ever need keys cut again this will be my first stop.

Went there on a SAT afternoon desperate to get a lock fixed before they closed for the weekend. Not only did Lance drop what he was doing, but fixed my lock, gave me a new key and didn't charge me for it. Man, I love this place. Definitely had that small town, take care of you, feel.

I have used this company three time in the past two years and I wont go anywhere else. They are fast and friendly. You would think after the first time I would learn my lesson on locking and losing my keys to my vehicles. But the always recongnize me when they come help me out. I highly recommend them. My hero, Key Man lock &safr staff were so Amazing. After 2 locksmiths coming to my home and not being able to open my car.. Was told the only way to open it was to tow it to the bmw dealership, smash my windshield or drill a hole in the trunk. Key Man lock and safe was able to. My car still wouldnt start and Brett was extremely helpful enough to recommend and mechanic and tow. I definitely will be coming back here and recommending them to everyone

After the plastic casing on the keys to my Honda Civic cracked in the same way as everyone else's - a chronic fault - I contacted the dealer to be told replacements are $495 each. Not wanting to fork out that much cash, I found replacement casings on eBay for less than $2, meaning I just needed the 'wave' blade cut and to transfer the chip across. Thinking this would save me a fortune I asked Honda about just cutting the blade - they still wanted almost $300 per key just for that, and said it would take a whole day!Thankfully a colleague recommended these guys & they provided the blanks, cut them and transferred the chips for $88 a key in less than 20 minutes. They did a little filing back to work cleanly (which the guys did happily for me) but my keys are now as good as new and saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the rip-off dealers. 5 Star for Key Man & Lock Safe Company!!

After 4 attempts to duplicate my key i gave up and found Key Man Lock & Safe Company. They were able to duplicate my key with no trouble and only did so only once. I remembered their great service and knowledge. So when i needed to get a duplicate key made for my 2013 Kia Optima made i knew right where to go. Thanks Key Man Lock & Safe.

WOW! I am honestly 100% impressed with the professional level of service I received today from Glenn's company (Key Man Lock & Safe). I've never met him before and I've never been to either location (Ogden or this location) until now. As I purchased a used car today, I was given only 1 set of keys to the vehicle. Hearing about dealer prices being absolutely through the roof as far as getting new keys intimidated me. Since the vehicle I purchased was manufactured in 2013, it has the chip within the key, etc. When I called, Glenn and his staff were incredibly friendly and very flexible with the options I was told about. He addressed all my concerns in a very professional and informative manner. He even was able to make me a key that contains the chip AND is waterproof too! Even though I showed up only 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close, he was able to get me my additional key in no time. He meticulously tested everything and his level of precision is unmatched. To my surprise, he also threw in an additional non-chip key for no additional cost (useful in case you lock your keys inside your car). If you ever need a new set of keys, Glenn and his company will take care of you without killing your budget. Their prices are great and you won't find this level of quality anywhere else. He and his staff were honest and are more than qualified for this sort of technical expertise. HIGHLY recommend!

Went in to get an extra key when there was a sale, they did not have my key at the Layton shop but Lance let me pay and come back once he had my key. Wish I could give it 10 stars! Glenn was so good to work with. I got my ignition rebuilt and new keys done within a few hours. I was told by others that I needed an entire new ignition switch... not the case. Glenn rebuilt mine for 5 times less money than putting in a new one would cost. Honest, expert, and overall amazing experience. This is the locksmith to count on!!
