I hate leaving a bad review, but almost everything about my experience was wrong.I got locked out of my house and desperately needed to get in to let my dogs out, who had been locked up for over 6 hours. My call was answered quickly, and they had a tech call me back right away, which was nice, but that is where the good ends.The tech made it sound like they would be here quickly, but they did not arrive for over an hour. After arriving they attempted one method that failed, and then asked me for some tools, because he 'left his in his other car'. My tools were in my house though, so that could not happen. I okayed for him to drill my door knob, and we were able to get.He then suggested that I have him remove the knob completely, so it would not lock me out unknowingly. I agreed, and he then proceeded to bash my door knob with his tools for about 30 minutes, trying to get it off. Stating that he 'could not get to the screws'.At this point I was even able to provide him with a screw driver, and all he did was bash.I have installed a couple of door knobs in my time, and it had never been so difficult to remove the old one, so I just thought it must have been something crazy strange, but examining the knob later showed me it was just an ordinary knob. When he finished he offered to install a dead bolt in it's place because he did not have any knobs. I declined cause what good is a dead bolt without a knob?He said the door got a little beat up, and I glanced at it thinking it was ok, but later noticed it was bad enough that I would not even be able to install a new knob with the damage.I should have asked him the charges before he started, and before I paid, but my head was not thinking clearly. He ran my card without telling me what he was charging, cleaned up most of his mess for me, and left. I was charged $179 for him to make me wait over an hour, not have his tools with him, and beat up my door to the point of no repair.I shortly called the company to complain, and was told the charges were accurate, and they sent me a link to upload pictures of the damage to, so they could have a 'locksmith specialist' look at them. I followed their instructions, and have not heard a word since.Knowing what I know about companies, my guess is this is a Lead Gen company, and they contract with individual locksmith's, so the first one to respond gets the job. I thought I was calling a local company, but the person that came out did not seem to know the area, from what I gathered, and him not being local would explain the late arrival.I will never do business with this company again, and I have learned to ask more questions before hand.

Came out swiftly for my rescue when I locked my-self inside our bedroom. The locksmith was skilled and helpful. He did everything as it was required. I am glad at his work efficacy.

I got the lock repaired for my apartments main door and tech locksmith was quick in working on the locking issues. He took less than half hour for work and it was done at an affordable price. Thank you very much.
