I had super old key that I've had a hard time finding a place that could copy it. I stopped in and they looked at all their keys and found one that was close enough to my key and they got it to work. They were the only shop that took to the time to help me out. Would highly recommend stopping here first

I am so happy. Around May I went to buy 2 house keys. 1 worked the other didnt. But I recently went to get it fixed. My kids lost 1 some I bought 2 more. I got 3 but they only charged me 1 because one of the first one didnt work. Went home and 1 of the new ones worked the other 2 didnt. Went back about 45 minutes later and they made me 4 new no-duplicates. Said if it didnt work it could be the knob. Thankfully they did work! Thank you so much. I do recommend this place good service.

I locked myself out of the car with the keys inside while I was pregnant (including once while it was running) and they saved me every time, without making me feel stupid. They also made me spare keys for my van (smart chip type) for a fraction of the cost the dealership wanted to charge. They also re-keyed our house when we moved and did an excellent job. They are a great place for taking care of your lock and key needs.

I highly recommend Hansen Locksmith! Excellent customer service!I needed an extra key for my apartment. When Tim Hansen made a new one, it didn't work. So for no extra charge, he made a total of 3 keys, and none of them worked. He then inspected the actual door knob with the lock, and we discovered that something was wrong with the locking mechanism. He quickly fixed it and all three keys he made worked perfectly -- all for the price of one key.

Sitting in the store right now, just a simple job that theyve way over complicated and werent honest up front about the pricing. I had Beazer Lock do the EXACT same job about a year back for $15 less, and he was done in less than 10 minutes. Ive been here over an hour. Do not come here for anything more complex than a simple house key copy.
