I called this place because the reviews said they weren't too expensive but that wasn't the case for me. When the guy arrived he took a quick glance at my car and said it be 95 on top of the 30 dispatch fee for a total of $125!!!. Not sure how they come up with their prices but I have never paid that much to get a car unlocked. I wasn't in the position to look for someone else as I was running late for work. I paid the man while knowing the guy finessed me but again I had to get to work. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I've had tow companies do it for no more than $80, I should of called one up but I thought I had a chance on saving myself some money. Left me all sad face the rest of the day ): ):

Its so hard to know who to call when you need help fast. I was extremely pleased with how quick they answered and arrived to help get our car opened after accidentally locking the keys inside. Jack, Gave me a fair quote. He arrived promptly within 10 minutes as he said he would. He had the vehicle open and my keys back to me in only a few minutes.I highly recommend this service to anyone needing quick access to their vehicle after the keys have been locked inside. And I rarely give if ever more than 4 out of 5 stars for any service unless the agent does exactly as they say they will do and for a reasonable price in a timely manner.

Michael on the phone told me it would be a 20 minute wait and it would be a $65 charge and he showed up with in 30 minutes which I thought was great. However; when he got there and saw me he said it would cost $150 where there was a calling fee of $20 and $130 fee. I talked to him and said that wasn't what I was told on the phone and he would only bring the price down to $85. Afterwards he wouldn't leave until he watched me put a positive review on google (which i've now edited) which was incredibly uncomfortable for me because I didn't have a pleasant experience and had already been waiting out in the snow for over an hour. The service its self was good, I just felt like I was being taken advantage of because it was cold and obviously a college student.

Literally the worst customer service EVER! Please dont do business with this company. My experience went as follows:1) quote one price, charged different price after. As mentioned by previous reviewer. Quoted $130 charged $155. With no specific reason for the increase. Still no reason. 2) 20 minutes turned to almost two hours! Told 20 minutes over and over and over. 3) lock smith literally yelled at my wife when She wanted to call the office. Then left with the key before she could get someone on the phone. When the locksmith came back there was an argument between employees only to be told in the end that we had to pay $155 instead of $130 as previously quoted. ($145-10%=$130)The whole experience was so bad my wife cried. Please do not do business with this company.
