I used to get keys at home depot. I thought I was saving money over the locksmith. I also have had a lockout service from the cheapest place I could find. I didn't realize that IT WAS CHEAPER AND BETTER to just go to a professional. Action Locksmith was professional, courteous, and did a great job for less money than anywhere else. I highly recommend them for the best service and best price.

After replacing a deadbolt myself on one of our doors, I didn't want to add another key to my key ring. I called Action Locksmith and that same morning a technician was here. Within an hour, he had re-keyed four locks, allowing me to eliminate three keys from my key ring. The cost was less than I was anticipating and he was fast and efficient. Great service!

Disappointed. I called and asked if they had an OEM keyfob. They confirmed they did and that I would need to drive to the Murray store. I went to the store, asked them to program a keyfob, the guy assured me it was OEM. They then proceeded to program the keyfob and cut the key. When it was done, they handed me the key fob and it is a cheap Chinese knock off selling for 46 bucks on Amazon. The markings for the suspension button is incorrect and the branding on the back is missing. Very disappointed. Lost my business for future issues. Sad -- they were my go to place.

Oscar was absolutely wonderful. He charged a flat $50 fee and told me ahead of time how much it would be. He was transparent about him travel time and arrived very quickly. It took him just under 15 minutes to arrive and he was able to get in probably in less than 5 minutes without using a drill.Very kind, professional and really helped me out. I will 100% of the time call them first if this ever happens again.

i called a different company and waited 2 hours with an estimate of $250.00. A coworker recommended Action and i couldn't be happier. not only did they arrive in less than half an hour, which was earlier than they promised. the total cost was less than $65.00 and Oscar was very courtious and professional.

The only key I had to my Kenworth semi truck broke in the door, I called the dealer but they dont make keys . I called around and I found this company. Locksmiths are usually the same. I've had many keys copied at this location. Recently I asked them about programming my FOB keys. The Car Dealer retailer wanted a large amount of money per key. I took my two FOB keys to Action and within a half hour, they found the circuit breaker that was broken and went through the sequence and made BOTH my FOB keys work for about $300 less than the retailer. They are honest and quick. I learned more about my cars electrical system than I would have at the retailer. Save money and time!Advice: Buy your FOB keys at Amazon( not EBAY - cheap versions) and take them to Action. I was SO happy they are working now.

Very quick and affordable service. I did get two keys online for my car for cheap and got them programmed at a quarter of the price compared to the car company garage. The only drawback is that they don't guarantee programming to be successful if you buy the keys online while they ask for the payment upfront. One star deducted for that reason only. However, you can buy the keys from their shop for a little more than what's available online and for that, they probably guarantee the programming.

This is the absolute WORST locksmith ever! I called them out to my house to make a new key to my 2017 Acura. The 'locksmith' came and tried for 30 minutes to program a key. He told me the key would not program because the original was 'within the vicinity' of my car, charged me over $60, and left. I called another locksmith and they programed my key in under 5 minutes. Action lied to get my money!!!

Great option for making copies for keys. I had difficulty finding a place that had the blanks (or affordable ones for that matter) for motorcycle keys. I went in and ended up coming out with two copies in a matter of minutes.

I called last week to get help re-keying all the door locks in the house. NAte was assigned and was here within 30 minutes. Turns out it was a big job, needing back up help and Patrick joined in the effort. If you're a woman who likes being treated like an idiot and charged Extra for 'Installation' of a car remote battery, then this is the place for you. I took the thing apart and was perfectly capable of replacing it myself, as I had done before. Even though they're right by where I live, I'll go out of my way, next time, to a Different locksmith! Was the extra 5 dollars Worth Losing a customer for Life? He Offered to put the battery in and Never said there would be an Extra Charge. He took Advantage of my being in a hurry and having my little one running around. I Have Kept My Word and taken my business Elsewhere. Dishonesty by Omission is Still Lying.

after having one of their drivers honk at my pregnant wife and I because we were in the way of his vehicle and shouting 'move' because apparently he is in such a hurry yielding to pedestrians is last on the priority list, I definitely will not be doing any business with this company and think management/owners might be a little more selective about who's driving their vehicles and representing the company.
