Locked they keys out of our truck Saturday night in the snow, an hour away. We called aaa, local police, two county sheriffs offices, and 3 other locksmiths, no one would help us. Payson lock and key came out and saved us, and it even cost less than we had planned! It only took him a couple minutes. Honest, good people; would definitely call them first.

The owner (I assume he was the owner) went above and beyond. I had a bad ignition switch on my truck and he saved me over $125 by fixing the one that I had. He called the dealership for me, told me the best way to go about it that would save money and time, and was very knowledgeable. Best customer service that I have come across in a long time. I wish that more people would treat customers like he did!!!

They've had my lockset for 24 hours, still not done for a simple rekey, too busy to help. Would've been nice to have been told when I dropped off yesterday instead of being told it would probably be done yesterday. In the mean time, my home has no lock on it. Thanks for no communication.
