Damon was Awesome! Arrived within time slot with a call 15 minutes before. He did an amazing job under the circumstances and the keys I had (and didn't). He was really nice and I was shocked how quickly he got it done! Me and my husband are so happy to finally have a key that works on our doors and we don't have to worry about being locked out bcuz we locked the wrong doors! Would definitely recommend! We had a great experience with our technician. Our home warranty covered rekeying 6 keys but it was definitely worth the extra $24 to finish rekeying the whole house. Sadly we didn't have the keys to several of the doors and it was only $4 per door for that. Had the job done within an hour in the window of time we selected 2 days before. Only complaint was that the emails promised a call 15 minute s before they arrived and I didn't get that.

I recently purchased a home in Provo that has 3 doors. Each door uses a separate key. Plus, one of the door handles was installed improperly (you have to pull the handle up instead of down to open the door). There is also a little shed on the outside of the house that needs a padlock.Damen was the technician that was sent to my house. He was able to re-key all 3 doors in the house to 1 key! Plus, he was able to re-install the door handle so that the door now opens by pulling the handle down instead of up.Finally, he recommended several padlocks that I could get on Amazon for less than $15 for the shed outside. Not to mention, this was on Christmas Eve and he wished me a Merry Christmas.. Damen deserves a bonus!

When they re-keyed my house they put the wrong lock in my front door. We have not been able to open it with a key since they came out. After calling and speaking to them and the manager they refuse to fix the mistake and rekey the lock to match the rest of the house. Would never use them again.
