I called multiple locksmiths at about 7:30 am, late for work, keys sitting in my toddler's car seat, they were there first to answer and got it done all the way out in Ivins so quickly! I thought for sure I would be paying double the topically cost for the time and distance and it was actually even cheaper!

Called Triple A and they sent out 'The Key Man'. Actually, they sent a teenager (not quite a man) who didn't appear to have sufficient knowledge. After 20 minutes of trying to open my locked door on a Chrysler Town & Country, I called the shop to ask if they could send out another person to help the young lad. Soon after, the youngster finally got the van unlocked.Problem is, I think this teenager provided a fabricated story to the manager about me. The manager called me and left nasty messages on my phone. When I called to sort out his discontent he verbally slammed me with so much foul mouth garbage, I didn't have a chance to tell him the REAL story. I hung up on him because I knew there was no way he was going to listen to me.I cannot be certain of what story between the two individuals took place but this I know. No business has the right to call a customer yelling and dropping accusations without taking a moment to review the facts! Once again, I was not provided this opportunity because the (so called) manager had already made up his mind to slam me without allowing me the chance to speak the truth.In addition, there was NO WAY this teenage boy was anywhere near a 'professional'. IF he had attended any sort of training it would have been during his off time from high school. I immediately questioned his ability when seeing him exit the van upon arrival.Facts;A. NEVER argue with a customer. Any true hearted business knows this.B. NEVER send out an unqualified person to do a professionals job. It makes for bad business. I watched this kid try the most ridiculous approach to unlocking a VERY simple automobile. There's not much to unlocking a mini van.Never expect a 'professional' job from these people if these same two individuals are in attendance. A very bad day in the professional life of a so called locksmith.

I called the hey man because of their high reviews on Google. Our experience with them was great! They were able to fit us in the same day, and when I had to reschedule last minute they were totally understanding, and rescheduled us for the next morning. I needed two door latches replaced; he was very quick, and very professional and friendly. He even went out of his way to find a handyman recommendation for us for some other repairs we needed done. I definitely recommend them!

Be careful when you do business with the owner of this store. Specially if you have a huge order. If he get mad or upset he has no qualms to tell you no to come back anymore to his store.He is incompatible, hostile and have personality disorders. He is inept and clumsy, he makes you feel like he doesnt need your business. I wont recommend him. You would be taking a risk doing business with him like I did. Now, I have to finish my project by dealing directly with the company.

My son has a car that is no longer manufactured. His key broke in the door lock. We took the key to The Keyman in two pieces. They made a new key. It worked. Love how both young men were professional and attentive to our needs.

I was in a real pickle since the lock on my door to my business completely failed on Christmas Eve. Luckily they were open, and while they didn't have the exact part they needed to replace it on hand, they were able to use their ingenuity to sort something together from other parts that got the lock fully functioning again so that my business could be securely locked over the holiday. Big ups to these guys. Huge thanks.

I first found the key man clear back in 2009 when we kept locking my keys in the car seemed like every visit to St. George it would happen. Lol. They showed up did excellent service we were very quick and professional. Since then I go to them all the time to have keys cut and cannot express enough on how professional they are end by far the best locksmith I have encountered in my 40 years.

Outrageous prices. They were asking $60 to make a new key for me when I could buy a whole new Ignition switch for less than $10 online. Service was terrible as well. I walked in and the only employee there was hidden as far in the back as possible sitting on his phone. Didn't even walk up to me at the counter or even look at me when I asked for help. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. There are plenty of better locksmiths in town than this place

These guys have always treated me right. They know what they are doing and they're prices are good. They cut keys when others could not for me. They always gave me free advice. I go to them if I need keys made. The dealer wanted to charge me $150 for a make a key with a chip but they charged me 60.
