These people are amazing! My one year old was locked in my car and, naturally, I was overcome with panic. Not knowing what to do or who to turn to, I called Zippy Locks and within 8 minutes they were at my house. The lady that helped me was calm, kind and very personable. She was so supportive and understanding of my emotional state. I was a little bit of a mess from the stressful situation. It was apparent that she cared more about helping me and my son than making a dollar. They didnt even charge me! I cant thank these people enough for helping me in my time of need. Zippy Locks you are phenomenal :)

Friendly, quick, and quality service. I made an appointment for a bolt lock to be rekeyed and i didnt have the right key for the job. They kept their cool and said no problem. I locked myself out of my van with my autistic son inside. These guys answered and came out right away! The employee who came was so nice! His name was Quinn. He said that their policy was to not charge if a child was locked inside the car, and would not let me pay! I felt so silly that I locked my keys inside, but he was so nice and professional. He got the door unlocked in under 2 minutes! It was a huge blessing! These guys are lifesavers! I would recommend them to anyone.

Zippy locks is very unprofessional and just downright rude and prejudice. My family had asked them to come out and rekey an office building. The male human species claimed the key we provided would not open one lock when I knew for a fact it opened all but one. He then said he would not come out again as it was a waist of his time to pick them. Who do you call if its not a lock Smith? They charged for locks and a service fee and now we have no way to secure the building as he left some of the knobs only half put in.. We went in and brought up our concerns hoping they would rectify the situation. They wont. I would definitely not recommend Zippy Locks of St George

You know the story, my girlfriend locked the keys in the car. I called this guy at 7:30 in the morning. He answered. Told me he could be there in 20 min, which he was, and had me in my car 5 min later. He charged me $45. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 45 DOLLARS? This costs $145 everywhere else!! This was less than what I spent in Starbucks waiting for him to come. 5 stars, 10 stars, 20 stars!! I literally am going to lock my keys in my car later cause that felt so good. I tried to tip him and he didnt take it. I wish I could still, so Im writing reviews instead.

I hired ZippyLocks to rekey a suite of offices while I went to a meeting in LV. Dallas, the lock technician, was still there on my return, having spent all day unsuccessfully trying to install new locks. He informed me he wasnt able to make the locks work and told me I needed to buy new hardware, even though the locks had worked fine earlier that day. They now had new locks, but didnt work. He charged me $125 service fee, $10/lock and left me with doorknobs ripped apart, one left with no knob at all, and no way to secure offices I had just put thousands of dollars of equipment in. After he left, I priced out what it would cost to replace the now ruined locks with comparable hardware. A conservative estimate is $980. The following day I went in to Zippylocks offices with photos of the destroyed knobs and the door with no knob at all. Turns out, Dallas is one of the owners. They told me theyd call me that afternoon and come up with a solution. Dallas called later in the day to apologize about being unfamiliar with the locks and for his rude behavior, and ended by saying, Im not the man for the job. He says he will issue a refund, but Im out nearly $1000. Do yourself a favor and hire a guy who actually knows locks when its your turn.

Dallas came out within 10 mins of recieving a call to help me get back in my house. The lock was one that couldn't be picked so he had to drill it but he came back to give me a new lock and retooled another lock in addition. Great service.

This was the absolute best experience with a lock smith I have ever had. The lock smith arrived within 5 minutes of our 8 p.m. weekend call, and greeted us with cold water bottles in the St. George heat. Our maintenance man happened to pass by and ended up letting us into our apartment with his spare key, but I have no doubt Zippylocks would have done the job. In the end, he wouldn't accept a payment for making the trip out, but instead told us to 'pay it forward'. My heart was truly touched. 100% would recommend this company to anyone.

My Expedition Passive Anti Theft system turned on which prevents engine from turning over. It was Easter Sunday and I called Zippylocks for help. Tom spent a lot of time on the phone with me troubleshooting and was very patient. In the end I was able to get it started again on my own using his advice, no service charge no money out of pocket. He just genuinely wanted to help it seemed. Hope I don't need a lock smith again but if I do it will be these guys for sure!

Awesome. From my phone call for service, to the locksmith having my door unlocked and on his way else where, it was only 20 minutes. Time was extremely important to me because my little boy was locked in the car. Thankfully A/C and my car was running. A pleasant surprise at the end along with the relief of having my little boy out of the car so quickly, was it was free of charge because they don't charge you a service fee when you have a child locked in the vehicle. Last, my door is difficult to unlock from the outside and the locksmith did it faster and cleaner than anyone has ever done before and unfortunately I've been locked out of my car several times.
