From batteries for your ATVs, cell phones, garage door openers or motorcycles, they have it all. They repair laptops, smart watches, replace key fobs and more. I have been a patron of Batteries Pluss, on Redcliffs Drive, for many years. You can find just about anything related to bulbs, key-fobs, watch batteries etc. I love the watch battery for life deal. I have used this many times. Hoss the manager is about as helpful and friendly as anyone I've dealt with. I went into the store ,today, to find replacement batteries for my keychain flashlight. The little metal bracket, that secures the light to the keychain, was lost. Alexa was helping me and noticed this. She said give me a second. Alexa went to her purse and took the bracket off of her own identical flashlight and gave it to me. Above and beyond customer service I'd say! Thank you to all at Batteries Plus (Redcliffs). You guys are THE BEST!

I didnt have a lot of time but I stopped by this location and although they were busy, they acknowledged me and said theyd be right with me. I waited about 5 minutes and they were able to help. I didnt know for certain if they would be able to get what I needed but I asked them all my questions and bought a battery and a new key fob for my truck. They were very attentive and their customer service was awesome! Next time I need something I think they can help with, Im definitely going back! Thanks guys!

Hass had my Android Note 8 battery in stock. Hass was minutes away from ending his workshift until his replacement would start working. Having a cell like mine, it takes approximately 30 minutes to replace the battery since it is encapsulated and the person must have the knowledge! Hass was only thinking of MY BEST INTEREST and did the job without hesitation! While we were talking Hass asked me questions and when he found out my alarm didn't go off at 0530 for my meds, that was it. Hass stayed to keep me safe!!! Rocky was able to complete the payment transaction so Hass could finally go on his way. Hass and Rocky are Great Team members! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Store and we will definitely always come back!

Purchased a Baby Shark plush that was supposed to light up and play the baby shark song. It came without batteries and I looked at 2 places before trying Batteries Plus. Luckily they were able to look at the toy and figure out the type of batteries it took. They even put the batteries in for me so I could see if it worked before I purchased the batteries.

The clerk was so friendly and explained our problem so clearly. Verizon just said they do not sell batteries but didn't tell me there was a place I could buy a battery for my phone here in St George stressed that I upgrade my phone instead. They just want to sell the newer phones and don't think the average person can't upgrade every other year. This store should advertise that they sell phone batteries if it wasn't for my granddaughter telling me I never would have known and would have had to upgrade.

Ordered Harley battery online because it said in stock. Received a phone call saying it wasnt in stock. Cancelled order. After searching everywhere chose a different battery from batteries+ that also says in stock because I want a certain brand. Get email notification that order is ready to be picked up. Drive all the way across town and that battery is also out of stock. Now waiting for a battery to hopefully get here before a big trip. If anybody else sold this brand of battery I would go there. Seems like they need to learn how to do inventory on their store. Definitely my last purchase there. If I have to wait anyway I might as well order elsewhere online and have shipped to my house.

I am a chronic phone dropper. Over the last year I have cracked my screen many different times and I have always brought it to Hass and it has been repaired in a timely manner each time. The employees in the store are very kind and helpful and make coming in a very enjoyable experience. When I talk to other people in the area about how I just had my phone repaired more times than not they ask if I went to see Hass and they agree that he is the best. Definitely check the store out, they have a lot more to offer and I buy my glass phone screen covers there now as well.

Very helpful. Had the car battery I needed at the lowest price in town, I called everybody. Installed it for free as well. They have tons of other cool things in the store as well. Worth a visit for sure, even if you just want to peruse the store for a while.

I cant decide if anyone actually does work there during the day or if they just advertised as such. When I go in the store it takes them 20 minutes to talk to me and when I call the store they immediately switch me over to hold and several times Ive waited 5+ minutes before hanging up. Im still not sure if they actually do sell stuff, but needless to say I am not impressed with their customer service

Dont go here to get your phone fixed. They were terrible to work with and my phone was worse than ever getting it back. They put on an expired screen that made it so my phone wouldnt turn on and acted like it was a software issue. I ended up paying money to make my phone worse and in the end just got a new phone...

Do not take your phone here!!!!! I had my broken screen replaced on Sunday and on the following Saturday it stopped responding to touch after I restarted it for the first time since I had it repaired, and less than 1 week later. Took it back in and they asked me if I dropped my phone since then and I answered honestly that I had dropped it. Everyone drops their phone. They said they wouldn't warranty it since I dropped it. So basically they don't warranty their work since the drop had nothing to do with why the screen wasn't working. It was less than a 2 foot drop several days before the screen stopped responding. Also, after the screen was replaced, if I wore sunglasses the screen was completely dark and I couldn't use it while wearing the same sunglasses I always use. That tells me they don't use quality replacement screens. Horrible experience. I will not go back or recommend them to anyone.

Though this may be one of the only shops that carries and offers screen repair for the galaxy S7, their supplier of screens seems to either be of inferior quality, or their workmanship is laughable at best. Almost certainly a bit of both.After having this phone for well over a year with no issue, the glass on the OEM screen finally cracked while hiking. The underlying screen itself was undamaged, speaking to its surprising durability. After getting the screen replaced at this business, the replacement screen began to fail less than a week later, with no drops or impacts having occurred. The screen failed procedurally over the course of two days, and I was forced to return to this shop for another timely replacement. It has been less than a month from this replacement, and this new screen has also failed, this time under conditions the OEM screen handled numerous times for months on end. I'm so very glad my next week or so is going to be devoted to finding a quality replacement screen, and I am out over $300 with literally no recourse.Overall, this shop will repair S7 screens, but I would say it's more worthwhile to keep your broken S7, than to try to let 'Hoss' fix it. He may have it done in 2 or 3 hours, but so far his work has a 100% failure rate, and his honesty sure didn't seem to be much different.Unbelievably poor quality; genuine disappointment.

5/5 ...After I left Batteries Plus for a phone repair, I wanted to tell everyone about my experience, truly. My phone was black but pinged when I received notifications. After worrying that I'd have to shell out and arm and a leg for a new screen, or worse, it being indefinitely damaged, I had an experience where honesty was valued to the highest extent. I would have been blind and none the wiser if the tech told me I needed a new screen. Instead he said I must have dropped it on a prior occasion & there was something loose that needed tightening & their would be no charge. It really made my day that this place values honesty and looks out for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND & please don't trust anyone who leaves anything under 5 stars :) -Indigo

I wish I could give 10 stars honestly. First, let me start by including that while on Christmas vacation in Virginia I had my phone screen replace by a Batteries Plus. They did a fine job with the screen portion, however they did not connect a connection strip that activated Siri's microphone as well as my own. No employee at the Virginia location conducted a exit test nor mentioned anything about the faulty connection. I only realized my Siri function as well as hearing anyone on the other line of a phone call did not work once I arrived back in Utah. Each repair comes with a 6 month warranty so I decided to come down to this Washington location to see if they could warranty the fix. I spoke with Hass the manager who also did the fix on my phone. He was so professional and honest I could not have asked for better customer service! He even showed and explained the function of the strip and showed me where the other store messed up the repair. That earns five stars. He then proceeded to call the store I initially got the repair done and chewed the manager out for his employee's lack of care with the repair and negligence of the exit testing. If you need anything related in this store, I highly recommend stopping by! Awesome!

Its like radioshack but with less stuff and still overpriced. All the car batteries where caked in dust lmao. I went back later to get a key cut and they wanted $35 lmao!!! I called a locksmith and he came to my house and did it for $30.

Terrible customer service was put in hold for over 25 min..finally called back and they said they would call me right back....2 hours later nothing ....finally went to the store and was told ignorantly they don't have what I was looking for and would take at least 2 weeks to order it...didnt even ask if I wanted to order it...complete waste of time dealing with them
