I dont know the name of the person who helped me, but my receipt says Justin. He was very kind and took the time to explain thoroughly when I had questions. Im super grateful they were able to help me the same day and were much more affordable than a dealership. Definitely would come back again

Well... the keys got locked in the car at a grocery store. I called Bobs and Randy arrived quickly and was able to unlock the door in no time. He also made me some spare keys on the spot so now it shouldnt happen again. Awesome service - thanks Randy!

Very unimpressed. We have used Bobs quite a few times. Our safe was not locking so we called Bob's to come and help us out. We understand it was the weekend so it would be more expensive, which is completely fine with us. The 'technician' who showed up though polite informed me he had never worked on a safe before but I should let him use our safe to figure out. He was surprised I said no. Said fine its $125 to come out. $125 to have someone show up who has no clue how to do the job he was hired to do. Beware

Nobody not even every store in fashion place mall their security or the cops helped but they came quick, my own insurance even charged me and nobody even showed up. So I mad recommend them

They tell me on the phone that I can get my key fob programmed for 45 dollars. Take the time to run down there on a Saturday and they tell me then that nobody can program it. Not even the dealer. I know for a fact the dealer can program it but didnt want to schedule an appointment with them if bobs could do it. They didnt even look at the key fob, car or anything else. Dont waste your time going here. Their ad says that they can do it all but they cant. Try glens keys instead. They at least act like they want your business!

Stopped by to have some Polaris RZR keys cut. They cut 4 keys for me quickly. I also found out they carry the RZR key blanks as well. Not many shops do. Very friendly staff and the work was done right the first time.

I drive by Bobs Lock, Safe & Key very single day so I knew exactly where to go to get help. I went in a spoke to Conner, he was super friendly and helpful. FREE PBA!! Be aware of scammers, when it comes to lock smith or movers, always shop local and get a price upfront, if you don't believe me, look at the horror stories about lock smiths on the web and Youtube. Having said that; I called 4 lock smiths yesterday, one was 175 dollars the other wanted 25 dollars just to come to my house and 95 dollars plus any additional fees to program my FOB. The other two quoted me 35 and 42 dollars. I went with a Bob being the cheapest and only 10 min from my house. I was in and out within 15 min. Great service, great price. Simply put, don't bother going anywhere else, Bob's shop is the best.

Perfect service. Helped me out in a pinch when i was locked out of my bedroom. I tried to unlock it myself with a butter knife and a credit card. Also tried to pick it with a paper clip. Non of which worked. After a few hours of trying i finally called Bobs at about 3am. They answered immediately and said the would head over immediately. The tech arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed my situation. They said that it was some sort of smart lock that couldnt be picked but they had a special tool to make a key. Within minutes the locksmith had a key made and i was in. I was finally able to get to bed! Greatly appreciate the quick service for an exhausted customer. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional ill prepared owners son came out without the proper blanks not even the proper key guide for the manual machine. Called back to say they needed to order blanks i said ill grab them from the dealer and he said he would be on his way right back never showed up. Then gave a courtesy call at close to 530 pm to say he wont be showing up after promising to show up. After i went to get actual key blanks. I wouldnt recommended bobs lock due to justin is the owners son and has partial shares of the company then lies straight to your face then lies to you while you had a passenger hearing him say hed be back then declines all knowledge and calls you a liar without saying it to your face.

So, I went in this morning to the West Valley store, and needed some keys made up. Really appreciate the customer service. They exceeded my expectations. I got exactly want I needed, and was in and out in about 30 min. I had 19 keys made and a new key remote for my vehicle, including programming it for me. Thanks Isaac for the help.

First off, all of the employees I spoke with were dismissive and rude. I sat in my car at 5:40 am expecting someone to show at 9. During the hours from 5-10 I called the business 4 times, and on the fourth and final call they said they couldn't make it out (after stating that I was 'first in line'). I understand why they couldnt make it, as there was a minor earthquake, but that doesnt excuse not contacting me for over an hour and having me call in order to find out they couldn't come. Stay away from Bob's.

Very happy with the service received. I had ordered keys someplace else, and there was not a guarantee the remotes would work (I'm glad they did!). But the person who helped was very upfront about that, and I appreciated him being very straightforward. It cost less than I had anticipated for them to program and cut two keys for me.
