Recently we went to a family trip to Virginia. While visiting friends, they had some sort of problem with their window lock. We found this local locksmith service and my husband called them. They got to us in no time and changed the lock on the window in couple of minutes. The fair was very reasonable. Great service!

If I could give 0 stars I would, called at 3:30pm and was told a technician would call us, at 6:00pm we called customer service to see where what was going on because we never received a call. Customer service said our ticket was canceled because the technician tried to call us and we didn't answer, we gave 2 phone numbers and never received a call on either phone, customer service said again we didn't answer and thay there were no technicians in our area now, again we said we never got a call from anyone at which point they then hing up on us. Definitely do not recommend this company.

I was locked outside the house last week, and the keys were nowhere to be found. So, I called American emergency locksmith. They sent a guy who opened up my door to gain access again. He charged an amount which was quite lower than I expected. Just a word for him- Hats off!!

160 dollars to open up a basis door that took him not even a minute original price was 40-140 dollars. Was Beyond overpriced, felt like I was taken advantage of, van was very unprofessional with no company name on it (had to personally call him) with dents/scratches all around. DONT USE AMERICAN LOCKSMITH!!

Very unprofessional establishment. They scheduled me for a locksmith and then had me wait over an hour before telling me they won't complete my services because I called their competitors. I had to call them back to find out what was taking so long. I would avoid this shady business in a heartbeat. They charge a $35 fee for the locksmith to come out and another $30 fee to get started, and then they will give u a larger bill after he is done. Most competitors nearby charge $15 or less to come out. Shop around, it will save you money. Take it from a trusted Google reviewer.

I was told that it would start at 30 dollars. It took over an hour for someone to show up and he asked me for 200. It took him all of five minutes to open the door...

DO NOT USE. We paid $165 to have our lock fixed. It broke again within 2 hours of the locksmith leaving our house. We called back 7 times and was transferred to 'customer service,' which was always just a dead line that no one answered.
