I called early Thursday morning, and was able to secure an appointment quickly for a residential unlock. Carlos was great; he arrived on time, was polite and professional, and even quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with the striker plate by the door knob at no extra charge! Would use again!

My husband and I lost our keys while traveling overseas and were stuck at the airport for 24 hours trying to get new keys made until Keyway finally helped us out. They technician who served us spent 4 hours working with our car since he had to drive to several towns to find the correct key and fob but he never gave up and we were finally able to drive home! He was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us when he could have given up hours ago. We are forever grateful for their service! (not the mention it was $400 cheaper than the dealership was quoting us for)!

rude and unprofessionalThey have no idea how to quote prices. First I was told it would cost about $175 to get a new car key made and next day $250.We never received/waiting for refund the key they could not program but still charge us.

My Mazda dealer recommended these folks after we lost the last key to the Mazda 3, leaving it stranded in a parking garage that tow trucks were too tall to enter! Calling Keyway not only saved us the cost and hassle of towing the car to the dealer, but they made and programmed the keys for a lot less money right there in the parking garage. Everyone we spoke to at Keyway was friendly and helpful. Chad, who came out to rescue the car and make the new keys, went out of his way to accommodate our schedule when he had to follow up over the weekend with our extra-extra key (we have 3 now!). Wish I had known about them a few days earlier!!! : )

Keyway saved me and my pups! When my Dodge Durango's doors unexpectedly locked with the key fob and my dogs inside, and (fortunately) the car and A/C running, Keyway was on the scene in less than 10 minutes and had the car open, and a second new key made 10 minutes later. My pups weren't any the wiser! This is a fantastic neighborhood business. Del Ray is super lucky to have them.

Excellent service from beginning to end--the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was very knowledgeable and courteous and Chad the technician showed up to my house early and cut me a new master key for my car (with remote even!) in about 15min, just like they promised. I highly recommend for any key/lock related needs.

They were fast and the job was done right, but they have no idea how to quote prices. First I was told it would cost about $95 to get a new car key made. After the locksmith was enroute, they called back to tell me it would be $135. Fortunately, the locksmith told me he would honor the originally quoted price. Then after he finished the job, they upped the price again to $140. Ace Hardware would make the same key for about $80... lesson learned.

Great service!I had another locksmith try to sell me on a complete reprogram job when I knew it wasn't necessary. Keyway told me the truth, in that I could buy a new keyfob and they could program it. Saved me several hundreds of dollars... and gained a customer for life.I've since used Keyway for three (3) more jobs; two (2) of which they came right to my home and resolved the problem. The most recent job was for a keyfob I bought on Ebay which would not program for me. The tech came out and- after taking it apart- showed me why the keyfob would not work. He ordered one for me on the spot, and a few days later came back and programmed it for me.

I LOOOOOOOOVE KEYWAY !!!!! THANK THE LORDT I FOUND THEM ON GOOGLE ! my dog chewed on the key to my 2017 Ford Focus and damaged the chip inside. i tried multiple times to start my car and was upset when i realized my key was done . i googled and found a couple locksmiths. one of them was baldino's but they dont make car keys ??? great locksmith i guess smh NOT !. i called keyway and i spoke with one of their dispatchers tina . she was patient and understanding of the bind my furry friend put me in . i had to be to work in a couple hours and was afraid i was of being late. she asked me a couple of questions , gave me a reasonable quote and an appointment all in 3 mins . in less than an hour she called to tell me a tech was on his way and BOOM ! chad showed up very professional and funny . he made me a key , i paid him (the price i was quoted was same price i was charged , i note this because some places will tell you $100.00 and show up and jack the price up a couple more hundred dollars ) and i was on my way! i made it to work just in the nick of time ! thank you tina, chad and the keyway team !
