Called them to open a car door with the keys locked inside. When I called, they said the service fee would be $29 and that the technician would tell me about additional fees. When the technician came, he said the standard fee for opening the door was $150 plus the service fee. I received much lower quotes from one other locksmith ($135)service but went with these guys because of the implied lower cost.Technician was very competent and polite. Good guy.I thought whoever set the rules for discussing fees with clients is misleading and sleazy. Would not recommend. Please don't reward this type of behavior with your business.

Was locked out of my place and was told it would be about an hour before they could help and pricing starts at $30. Over an hour later the tech showed up and was able to unlock my door in seconds. The issue is that they additional charge brought the total to $224. Had I known it would have taken so long and cost so much I would have gone to anyone else.

Although the locksmith came promptly, the charge for literally a 10 minute job was outrageous ($250). The lock that was replaced cost no more than $15.

Charges $220 to drill a bike lock. They take advantage of people in desperate situations. I went back to the bike later and it took me five minutes to drill out the bit.
