Its actually a zero star rating. All they did was give my phone number to contractor I guess. Guy left a message to call shop. I called Shop & nobody answered. Locksmith service expected to be a little more urgent than that. Called after an hour & Got someone this time. They actually gave the classic excuse of phones are a bit wacky today. Calling a competitor and will post back to let you know if their competition also has phones that are a bit wacky.

Called their office 15 minutes before they closed with a emergency situation (these things never happen early in the day). They were extremely helpful and understanding over the phone. Helped me troubleshoot the issue and were kind enough to stay open for 30 extra minutes so I could get replacement key. Knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. Very grateful for their help!

Brad has the skill of a hand surgeon and the tenacity of a pitbull! I handed him a ignition cylinder for a older ducati which several locksmiths hadn't the skill to crack. Within two business days he had made me a set of keys. No other locksmith wanted to take the job. He did great by me, he will do great by you.
